Goed als tussenstop hotel.

Dit was een tussenstop hotel op weg naar San Diego en hier was het goed genoeg voor. Wel fijn dat er vlakbij een bar is met eet mogelijkheden.

We hadden op de badkamer wel een heel erg groot insect ontdekt maar dat ligt waarschijnlijk ook aan de streek.

Decent for the price.

The staff was great.

Property is very dated. Our room had a weird smell and the beds are super soft. It’s also right next to the freeway and noisy.

The weather

I did not like the cockroaches in the room and hallway. The hairs left in the shower were pretty gross also. The sheet on one of the queen beds had a yellowish-brown stain. When I showed the the woman at the front desk the cockroach I killed. She said they come from the sewer. It is ok! ??

The HVAC system needs to be better. By a thermostat that can switch from HEAT to COOLING automatically. In my car, I just set a temperature, and the car maintains it, why can't a hotel room? These thermostats are under $100. When I'm visiting, having to set COOL or HEATING is stupid, especially if the temp might be 60 at night and 80 during the day.

Worse front desk employee I've ever encountered. Asked not to be bothered, put dnd on door and still knocking and coming into room. Asked to stay another night and will be down in afternoon because of late er visit. Front desk clerk had maids knock on door twice then called room before noon. Unbelievable, worse customer service. Never will stay again.

Not good.

The area where the hotel is located.

When reserving I asked if they had a shuttle to the airport, they said they did, that was the main reason I stayed there. When I arrived there they told me they didn’t provided any service like that. There’s no phone in the rooms, if you need something you have to go down to the lobby.

It was very nice and comfortable. I used to live in Yuma, about 45years ago. It has changed a lot!

More parking would be nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was a little difficult to figure out, but nice after I figured out how not to scald myself. We did have a bit of a problem parking our truck. It is an F 250 super cab long bed. There weren’t many parking spaces big enough to accommodate that size vehicle. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall our stay was pretty good.

very comfortable room. Bed really clean and so so soft! Best nights sleep!!

the staff were nice the beds were great rooms clean

the smell when you entered the lobby was horrible it spoilt an otherwise great hotel. such a shame all they would need to do is freshen it up and it would really make a huge difference. pool was green. We liked the hotel and would score it much higher but first impressions are so important and that smell!

pleasant stay after an unexpected flight cancellation

thank you to the staff for allowing me to book in early. this made my stay really pleasant. due to a flight cancellation, I had to book in almost 6 hours before book in time.

Horrible Stay, would not recommend.

Accused of taking pillows from hotel when they weren’t in the room to start with. Charged extra 100 dollars besides the 100 for deposit. A worker lied about when manager would be there to solve the problem, which made me travel 2 hours for nothing.

Great location.

Bathroom had towels enough for 1person. It took 2 calls and a couple of hours to get the rest supplied. The facility is old - loud AC, creaky bed, ancient toilet.

Location and size of room.

Lack of supplies, bugs, dirty sheet, internet worked 15% of the time , which meant no tv and key cards had to be changed every day for three day stay.

Good but not Great

The king size bed was really comfortable. The room was good, clean. The set up was ok. The location was good. The pool was nice. The hot tub was ok only 3 jets worked but all around not bad. We would stay again.

The TV stations were bad, way to many news stations, the wifi was horrible. The price was high for the room you get.

Great location for highway access. Lovely, spacious, updated, clean room Quiet and comfortable.

Room was large, updated, and very clean with great view of trees, pool and mountains. Good closet space and refrig. Near good restaurants. Easy off and on highway. Staff was cordial and efficient. Great parking. Would choose again.

Better lighting. Poor lighting for reading in bed. No make up mirror.
