We needed a stopping point on our way to San Diego since we were taking our first trip with a 3 month old. You could tell the hotel was new. We also stayed the night with our dog ($25 fee for dog). We were able to get an upgraded room at no charge since we requested a first floor room for our family. Front desk representative was courteous and the hot breakfast was good. Would stay here again if in Yuma.

It was nice staying at the newest hotel in Yuma. It seemed clean cut and pristine. That was until I stepped on Toe Nail clippings in the suite. Thought it was a 1 off, but I counted like 7/8 at the end of it.
Nothing the hotel could do about it though, not the best response for a disgusting issue like that.

Everything was excellent especially the breakfast. Our only complaints were the check in desk as it didn’t have anyplace to fill out our forms. More counter area needed for that. Also, the hot tub was only a little more than Luke warm with a heavy bleach smell. So, we were not able to stay in it.

It was just okay. Last time i stayed there the lady that sets the breakfast out was rude to me bc i asked her a question as she had akready broke down the waffle station an hour before breakfast was over. I was not a fan of her unprofessional manner.
Rooms there are nicer and newer than a lot of yuma that charges more.

A/C is so loud, you cant sleep! Feels like a big truck is parked outside my room all night long. Terrible. Breakfast was very poor. No fruit. No sausage or bacon. Just scrambled eggs. 7 am and everything had finished when we were there.

Went into our King bedroom and the A/C was out of the wall and on the bed. I then went back to the front desk to only be told they no longer had King rooms available so had to settle for a Queen with no refund. Will never stay here again and is unacceptable when this is a brand new hotel

A very new property, not at all busy only about 5 vehicles in the parking lot all night, didn't have the breakfast, I find
all these hotel breakfasts are the same and of the lowest quality. It is still in brand new condition.

A brand new hotel and it was beautiful! All of the staff was super friendly and it was close to everything-I clueing a park for our dog!

Beautiful hotel. Recently opened but such a quiet area and close to all shopping and eateries. The only suggestion...there were no dog waste bags in the dog area and the trash cans on the outside of building were very much in need of emptying. I'm sure this will all come with time as the hotel sees more guests. Our first trip to Yuma and it won't be our last. Thank you LaQuinta!!
