Great location. Good for money

Pictured rocks Inn and suites located at excellent location. If u need anything supermarket is right in front of u. Most of spots like Wagner, Alger falls are very close.

No breakfast.

No elevator and a great view of the indoor pool from your room.

The location was nice and central to restaurants and activities. The staff at the front desk were very very nice. We had a problem with our television not connecting and the young lady that came from the front desk that day was very helpful and was able to remedy the issue (user based) within just a few minutes.

Two downsides to this location? The first one was our room was on the second floor. This is fairly typical for us because we like to avoid having people above us who we may hear at night. The first downfall was that there is no elevator in this facility and this was not something that was notated on the booking.com listing. Being that we're both in our 60s and had been traveling from California into colder climates, we had rather large pieces of luggage. Dragging these all the way to the top of a two flight staircase was not something that we were looking forward to doing. Getting them down was easier as , honestly, I simply put them at the top of the stairs faced him down and pushed them. I'm met them at the bottom and we were on our way. The second downfall to the location was rather comical. Most rooms come with windows, those windows typically look out onto either a back alley, the front parking lot, or some sort of a favorable view that may be associated with the location. Ours looked out over the indoor pool and spa. We could easily hear the couples in the spa at 8 or 9:00 p.m. along with the kids that were out with their parents. Pictures attached. We made the best of it and were only there for one night anyway, but thought it was worth noting for someone who might be looking to stay longer.

People were friendly walking distance to the town. Comfy bed. The pool was very clean the sauna work. It was great!

We had a great stay. Location is great, the kids loved swimming after hiking during the day. Highly recommend

the location was right outside the town, great location

I wish it had complimentary breakfast. They did have a food truck out front but I love the buffet style. Not many breakfast options in the area

Excellent facility, wonderful staff and great pool, sauna and hot tub!

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. We loved the pool, sauna and hot tub- all were very clean.

We wish there was a breakfast included but it’s not a deal breaker.

Disappointed customers

The location is good, its close to everything. The bed was clean.

The room smelled like a dirty ashtray and stinky feet. The carpet was damp and smelly and ripped in multiple areas. We only received 2 towels for 2 people for a 2 night stay. Drains in the shower and sink were very slow to drain. Very outdated. No breakfast was provided. They do provide coffee but when we went to get some at 7am, it was lukewarm. The air conditioner didnt work well, thankfully it was on the cooler side during our stay. The girl who checked us in was very nice and friendly but when we went back later there was a different girl who was obviously on a personal phone call and didn't want to be bothered by us. We went to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub had a slimy film in it. The whole stay was disappointing to say the least. Hopefully they make changes and do better for the busy season coming up.

Exceptional

My wife and I drove our snowmobiles here, and the staff was super friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The trails start just down the road. The pool, hot tube, and sauna were great! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We will 100% be staying here again for our next snowmobile trip! It's a great location!

The water in the shower didn't get super hot and didn't last very long otherwise it wasan amazing stay!

Our room was dated. They seemed to be in the process of updating it as the beds & bedding were new but the carpeting and bathroom were really dated.

Terrible rooms but the hotel is in a good location.

The location was perfect.

Our room had a terrible musty smell. Our shower/bathtub did not drain. The bed did not have a nightstand. The door was so hollow you could hear everything going on in the hallways. Our curtain did not open, it was broken. We complained to the staff and received no help. For how much the room cost, I did not enjoy our stay.

The rooms on a corner and very noisy.

Sauna

The room was to close to doors and could hear people coming in and out. The bed was right by door. The cleaning crew opened are door while we were there also. Very early in the morning. Bed sheets had blood on them.

Never again and using Booking.com. Never again

I expected a room with two Queen beds. You set me up with a room with one standard size bed. Completely unexceptable. I thought the price was very high in the first place and they charged me $75.00 more to upgrade to the larger room!!!!!!

Location

The room smelled like mildew/must. The smell was so bad that upon returning from my trip I have had to wash my clothes 3x in order to get the smell out. The hotel needs serious updating. The bad outdate decor doesn’t bother me as much as the bad smell, poor flushing toilet, and the shower that doesn’t drain. We chose this place as the pictures made the hotel look decent and it was a step up from a road side motel. It isn’t. I would have rather stayed at a motel. The AC was set to 60 degrees when we arrived. I thought that was weird as most hotels conserve energy if a guest is not in them. Well, few hours into our stay we realized why, and it was to try and mask the horrible musty/mildew smell. Carpet was ripped. Floor is slanted. Bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. The bath was dirty. I am usually not picky and do not write reviews, but the room was not enjoyable at all.
