This is my and my boyfriend’s go to place when we need a quick getaway. It never disappoints.

Location was perfect for exploring. I love the restaurant on site. It makes things so easy. I also love that I have the option to bring my dogs.

Bed was pretty comfortable, although my back did hurt after sleeping in it for a couple of nights. Floor of the bathroom was a little bit dirty. But overall, the room was clean and tidy.

Nice place to stay short term.

The price from Booking.com was pretty good. There is a nice little diner right next to the property. It is quite, close to area attractions and any beaches when the weather permits. Wickford is just up the road where there are nice places to eat and sight-see.

Not much could have been better. The staff was great, but the guys out weed eating super early in the morning was highly annoying. Other wise, there is not much to complain about.

It was fine… but I would have spent the extra $ to stay somewhere I knew would be clean and comfortable.

It was a convenient location. Loved Historic Wickford and was close to our daughter at URI.

It was a bit dirty. Bugs and cobwebs behind the door, the bathroom window and shower are dirty, and the mattress was rock solid.

Great value for the money given the altrenatives.

We've been staying here for years as an alternative when Newport hotel prices become ridiculous. It's a short drive that's worth the price. The owners have been making great progress renovating the place and it's in decent shape. The rooms are large and have everything you need.

I wish they have hair dryers and irons in the room like most other hotels.

Room laminate floors buckled. Air conditioner (and dehumidifier?) in room were very noisy all through the night.

This was a clean, nice hotel. There were no frills or anything fancy, but it was a pleasant stay for the night.

Bugs everyone will stay again

lots of Bugs (Ants, Flys, and spiders) In the bathroom and in the room.. tired to go the front desk to request a new room but they were closed locked doors and no lights on then I tired to call the number to ask but I still got no answer or call back.. when I when was checking out they never asked how the stay was. definitely won't recommend this place or go back unless they do some serious remodeling.

It was OK for 1 night. Not sure if I would stay there again.

The rooms were big. plenty of room for 4 people.

The outside was very run down and dirty. Lots of trash and construction tools laying around. the stairs didn’t seem too safe.

Great staff, cute motel!

Staff was awesome, we were running late and we were able to do an express check in. Very easy! The staff member that contacted me was so nice and understanding. Room was very cute and great for the price!

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but overall it was a great stay.

Very good

The bed was very comfortable. We found the room and bathroom very clean. It was a good price and a good location for attending a wedding on Goat Island. We would stay again if needed. Management was pleasant.

The bathroom around the tub needs new chalking but other than that it was really nice.

met our need for a room.

the room was a good size with mini fridge and space for everything. Location of room was nice easy to access my families rooms. The breakfast space next door was AMAZING

there was used soap left in our shower from previous visitors, and the sheets had dirty and hair in them. they changed the sheets no problem but still was not pleasant to think what else wanted clean. The pillows were horrible very very flat pillows. think the price was a bit high for the quality of the room

we stay two nights and location was near RI fast ferry!

The locating to Martha vineyard fast ferry and block island fast ferry was perfect!

property exceeded my expectations and the jiggers restaurant next door was a bonus! could use update to room darkens for windows!
