SERVICE

The location

The service. The room we booked wasn't clean we had to clean the room just to find out the property has roaches and gnats as well as cigarettes smoke everywhere. The front desk calls the police with false complaints. There wasn't any tissue on the time of booking had to go purchase some. The front desk got upset when I quote the public health laws. This place is horrible Also after booking we ad to wait two hours for clean liens..

Horrible!

I liked that the price was cheap.

I didn’t like that the rooms was run down and failing apart. I didn’t like how I couldn’t get my deposit back after checking out.

Bed bugs and unclean

The price is cheap but it's not worth living in filth

Bed bugs, unclean upon arrival. Took the bed due to bed bugs but expected me to sleep on the floor my entire stay. No refund or compensation.

Horrible

You hafta buy your own tissue..we had to clean our own room when we checked in..they have ants and roaches .shower curtain was mildewed..vending machines don't work..everyday we came to pay rent the prices changed..no towels or face rags we dried off with bath mats..charged us $250 for smoking in the room told us to pay it in cash and the staff pocketed the money..won't give you trash bags to clean your room..it's the slums here but it's the cheapest or so I thought

They could clean your room before check in..give you more than 2 rolls of tissue per week..not charge you $10 to get your key reactivated..change the moldy shower curtain..spray for insects..refund your money when vending machine takes it.oh and the washer don't clean your clothes and the dryer don't get hot..this place sucks

The room had roaches, no smoking room had burns on the comforter, the door looked like someone kicked it in and no refrigerator

Disappointing

The staff we interacted with was very friendly and willing to help us with issues that arose

There were quite a few problems The door came off the hinges and had to be repaired The fridge and freezer smelled The heater filters were filthy and a very obvious fire hazard the ac unit produced an awful smell when used And there was just constant yelling and screaming going on around in different rooms from guests and honestly didn't make it feel safe

Not happy at all!!!!

Staff is nice

We have been staying here for couple months now. We were in room 115 until the ceiling started leaking and flooding our bathroom so they moved us to room 307 and it was roach infested room was filthy we asked them to clean it twice they said someone would come up and clean it but no one ever did. I went and bought roach baits, roach spray, and cleaning supplieS to clean the dead roaches and roach poop out of every cabinet before I can even put my things away. We had to buy some lining grip material to line cabinets. We have killed over 20 roaches and let me say these roaches are HUGE with egg sac hanging off them .they are climbing on walls even climbing on headboard where we are sleeping . Attention to this problem needs to be addressed quickly. Roaches cause severe Medical problems for asthmatics when infestation is this bad.

I did stay at all left the same day.

The condition was not suitable for stay there were bugs crawling on the ceiling and the floor. The bathroom the tub was dirty. I lady came down to the lobby and she put her child down on the floor this feet and legs were black from crawling around on the floor. It you set your belongings down bugs came out of no were. They say that cannot issue refunds but they did. The next 3 day money was charged back to my card.

Location and the people

Poor cleaning, animals, the smell in my room and just the smell inside the building... I smoked outside,but you could smell that folks where smoking. I didn't like the $100 cash deposit, which I had to wait over 30mins to get back because management wasn't on site. I guess it's okay for the employees to take a deposit, but somehow can't give it back. My door was loose. Old dirty furniture, curtains, and lamp posts. Didn't bring food inside the room because I killed a total of 3 roaches on my week stay. oh and hair everywhere

Dirty, Dangerous, Unfriendly and RUDE.

Didn't partake of the breakfast.. My relative - for whom I rented the room - only stayed one night. There was nothing good she had to say about the facility, or the staff/services. She moved to another hotel the next morning.

The place was unclean, the facilities were unsatisfactory, (the pool was permanently closed, but no indication on their site of this!!) the staff was apathetic, and - at times - rude. I attempted inquire about the possibility of a partial refund for only a little of the stay that was unused, and they refused to refund ANY of the rental. I understand there was a NO REFUND POLICY, however, in this case I feel it should have only been applicable to the portion of stay that was actually used. NO ONE from the facility (that I spoke with) would even negotiate a better room, apologize for the condition of the facility, or even attempt to offer some restitution.. I believe THIS is one place that needs to be removed from your listings completely.
