Dissapointing Wyndham hotel.

Outdated hotel, doesn't even compare to other wingate by wyndham... looks more like a clean Day's inn or Super 8. Sink was cracked, AC was set to 70 and temperature couldn't even drop 73, carpet looked dirty, there was a sign in the bathroom where if you needed something extra like hair dryer you will need to pay for it... this is definitely not up to Wyndham standards. Dissapointing.

Poor maintenance, rooms with old furniture, lamps not working, staff not very friendly, nothing good at breakfast

Wonderful place to stay when on vacation

Most comfortable sleep I have ever had at a motel. Front desk personnel was wonderful and the breakfast bar was much better than rxpo

Great location could use some upgrades and cleaning

Location was perfect if you are going to a concert

That was very hard and you can feel the springs. Bathroom faucet was very loose and wobbly. Definitely can tell it's aging and could use some upgrades.

Prices on the high side for what it was

Generally seemed to be well kept and clean.

End breakfast at 9:30? Even McDonald’s stays open until 10:30 for breakfast. The carpet in our room (321) was stained in several places.

Can not recommend

Very noisy from upstairs. Old and run down. Bed sheets scratchy and not comfortable. Pricey for condition.

Decent for a short stay.

The bedding was comfortable and the location was within a 15 min car ride to the Walnut Creek Amphitheater. The pool was very clean and inviting.

The toilet seats were loose. The bathroom faucets were loose. The carpeting was showing a lot of wear. The safe locked but could still be pulled open with a tug.

Came for a concert, the stay was fine but hotel could definitely use a modern update

Pillows were great and hotel was quiet during our stay

Rooms were dated. Simple tech updates weren’t in room such as no usb ports for charging phones etc.

If you’re only staying for a night it’s not too bad

It was about. 15 mins from the Coastal credit music park. The lady upfront was super friendly, unfortunately the room is GROSS. Carpet stained, and it smelled like someone took a massive crap in the bathroom. And the toilet will not flush, and the smell never left the bathroom

The hot water was almost nonexistent in the shower. There was an odd smell in the lobby.

Decent uncomfortable hotel stay.

Location and friendliness of staff was great.

Beds & chairs were all well worn and uncomfortable in the 2 rooms we had.

Do not stay here.

Really hard to find something we like. The only thing I can say that is good is that the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was a joke. The staff at the front desk was having a convo on her cell while “helping us”. The cleaning lady was having a loud call on HER cell while cleaning early morning, up and down the halls. Do not stay here. What a waste. Shower was weak and no hot water. TV was a joke. The heat wasn’t working properly. The coffee was disgusting.

My vacation

I like how quiet & comfortable it is. Nice, safe, quiet area too

Pool was closed, no jacuzzi or sauna. Breakfast is adequate, eggs need seasoning, need more items like biscuits & gravy & or home fried potatoes.

I have recently stayed in other hotels in the area that were much cheaper and much better.

the room was decent enough - - the check in staff was wonderful -

the shower wasnt great the exiting staff was not as pleasant as check in the coffee was not that good.

Horrible just horrible

Worst and I mean worst experience I ever had.When we first got there lady at front desk didn't know what she was doing.Took about 20 minutes to get checked in then she ask me to swipe my credit card I ask why since I already paid for the room through booking she tells me it's for 50 dollar security.I leave the next day and find out my card was charged another stay so I call up was told the manager would call me in the morning never did .Call back was told manager will call me back after waiting several hours she calls me back tells me she is going to reverse the charge come to find out no reversal and my card was charged again.Call back manager is not around when I finally do get in touch with her she tells me my bank would have to call her she isn't seeing another charge my bank calls her and mid conversation she hangs up!Thank God my bank was able to help me would not recommend staying there unless you like being ripped off .I should have known better as this has happened to someone else when I was reading reviews

A nice room that had poor lighting but other than that, the hotel was fine and filled with kind staff.

The place is tremendously appreciated by all of us, we are 6 people who come from New York City for the Wedding of our niece on Sunday 07/23/2023. Many other people go to different Hotel, and one of my nieces, suggest us this Hotel only 2 minutes to the place. Very nice to be there at the moment. I and others love ❤️ the neighborhood.

Services are greatly appreciated by the pool, Some of my family members enjoy it so much for the short times.

Location

Room smelt as if it hadn’t been booked for awhile. A very old stale odor. The sheets also did not have a pleasant smell, as if again it had been sitting up for a long period of time. Carpets dirty and Stained

Comfortable and Clean

Location is close to everything. Safe and clean. Plenty of parking. Staff was awesome. I was on 4th floor and water pressure was great.
