Staff were great. Very accommodating and helpful.

It’s an older property but they spent some $$$ making it fresh and clean.

Great value for the price!

You can tell the motel is a little older, but it was very clean. The location was right downtown within walking distance to several nice restaurants. We did not try the hotel complimentary breakfast, but explored several other little breakfast places right across the street! Overall we had a nice stay. The staff was extremely nice.

The bed was quite firm, which others may like but I like a little more cushion!

Probably will stay again but it does have a few negatives.

Inexpensive and fairly comfortable.

Street on each side is noisy. Limited on-site parking--had to park on the street one of the nights.

Very clean basic property great price and value

Very clean, cotton sheets, sparkling bathroom This is an older utilitarian property, but the owners have remodeled the rooms nicely. It’s a bargain to just stay the night and keep going…perfect for the price.

We didn’t stay for breakfast…no in room coffee :-(

At this price you can't expect the Ritz Carlton. But their loving care was evident throughout. .

At this price I did not expect much. So anything was a bonus. Decent coffee, a muffin, and a fresh banana for breakfast were perfect. Extremely quiet location. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

For the price? There was nothing not to like. The family was welcoming and gracious. If I lived here I'd like them to be my friends. .

The perfect pit stop on a no-frills road trip

Really appreciated the hospitality and courtesy of the night manager. When we called to say we’d be arriving late, he made a point to turn up the heat in the room so that it would be warm for us upon arrival. The facilities were clean and tidy.

It was a pleasant surprise to check in to this quaint motel with flower boxes outside each room.

A standard continental breakfast was included. Plenty of food. The front desk clerk was very kind and concerned that our stay was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. A great value in Elko.

Pleasant

I stayed two nights in September 2022. The hotel room was simple but clean. The hotel is located in the center of the city close to several restaurants and a grocery store.

The staff could have been a little more welcoming.

Clean, friendly, bring ear plugs

Friendly front desk on check-in, very interested in talking about where we were from. Clean rooms. Elko is small, so quite centrally located in town.

No coffee or tea in the rooms. It can be quite noisy as it's on a corner and every time a truck pulls away from the traffic light you'll hear it. Breakfast was entirely forgettable, and you had to take it back to the room with you, which was a pain if it was upstairs with kids.

The hotel was an excellent place to stay while exploring Elko, and we plan on going back.

The location of the hotel is wonderful for exploring downtown Elko, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

There is nothing that can be done about this, but the street noise can be a bit loud due to the location. That is just the tradeoff of having the convenient location in town.

We enjoyed a comfortable room.

We booked a room here based on previous booking.com reviews. We were not disappointed. Owner greeted us courteously and our room was very pleasant and comfortable. We will stay here again.

No complaints….although a few more towels would have been appreciated by my wife.
