It was horrible

I didn’t like nothing Blood was on the ways The bed had bed bug poop on they sheets I got a king size bed but the mattress was so nasty

I didn’t like the staff they didn’t give me a refund for they nasty room (143) Blood on the walls Bed bugs was in the room They mattresses was nasty

Very disappointing!

The room was big

The whole hotel looks old and not taken care of. There is an awful smell in the hallway that never goes away. The pool is not in service, and it also smells. They let trashcans overflow outside, so there is trash all over the parking lot. The towels are threadbare and stink, and that's if they can even find you any.

The only good thing was the proximity to event we traveled for.

The facility was very hot: the pool is closed. The pool closed was listed on the hotels website but not shown on booking.com/app. The TV did not work at all. When I asked staff about it, they just said I would have to wait to talk to management about it and that they would be in the next morning. The bed was very uncomfortable. Only three pillows provided for a king bed; that’s not even two pillows per person. The tub did not appear to have been cleaned and there was a hair clip from a previous guest still clipped on to the hair dryer.

Good

This is a property that is in the process of being updated. The staff is amazing. I actually left an expensive pillow, and they were nice enough to keep it for me for our return trip.

Our first room the air-conditioning didn't work, but they were quick to get us another room.

Booked the room online. just for the pool. Found out after checking in that the pool was closed for renovation. We did not stay.

Disappointing for the price

Well the bed was comfortable. The location was good. Parking was ample.

The state of the hotel was disappointing, there were dirt on the stairs that did not get removed for two days. Apparently, both the gym and the pool was under construction, but sorry it was kind of clear that no construction was going on. That would have been a nice information to have at the time of booking.

Mixed Emotions???

only issue was that we needed an early check in. There was no exception, dialogue, etc. We had been evacuated from home due to Pest Control was treating whole house. My invalid husband and I had to spend 2 hrs in nearby restaurant before we could Check-In!! I was willing to pay extra but they wouldn’t discuss it!

No charging ports for cell phone in rooms. I’ve never experienced that before! Very inconvenient!

Price range .

Pool was not working. Room was dusty and not as clean as it could have been. Towels were dingy. I booked a room for 3 adults thinking it would be a couch or pull out bed. It was 1 king bed and the worker stated 3 adults could share the bed. This hotel needs upgrades/renovations. It seems like a family bought this hotel and survives off booking out 5 rooms a month

Pleasant

I liked the staff- cheerful, friendly, helpful. I liked the value. I liked/appreciated the cleanliness. The floor was clean (I walked barefooted), the bed was comfortable and clean. The curtains kept the daylight out (as I wanted in the morning). The tub was clean (ignoring the half bar of used soap, obviously overlooked). Plenty of towels and wash cloths. My room was quiet and odor free. I slept well. Checkout was quick and easy.

I did not like the cold lobby - the staff wore medium weight jackets/sweatshirts. I didn't like the half bar of used soap left on the bathtub. I didn't like the 10 minutes of running the tub hot water to get hot water. I did not care for the hysteresis of the wall heating unit - overshoot and undershoot the set temperature, but I had plenty of heat controllable with the hysteresis. I did not like the level of lighting illumination - needs more lights or brighter bulbs, especially over the sink. I didn't like that the shower curtain absorbed water instead of being waterproof.

Meh

Smelled of heavy smoke, the fridge buzzed so loud I eventually just unplugged it, and receptionists were never at the front desk. When I finally did get some help at the front desk he was unfriendly and rude. There was also dust everywhere and the shower was crumbling. I wasn't expecting a 5-star hotel, but for the price I paid, I expected more.

Good value. Clean rooms.

I have stayed here several times over the last couple years. It is surprisingly clean, & comfortable in the rooms.

It says breakfast, but it’s just a waffle maker and 1/2 stale fruit

Nice Stay

Close to where I needed to be, relatively clean and a very comfortable bed. Well lit parking lot close to plenty of dining options. Friendly staff.

It was near Ball State

The room is dated. There was no one at the front desk at check out to give me a receipt so we just left our cards on the desk. The fridge in the room was loud and buzzed all night. Rooms are dated. Room was humid.

Price gauged due to it being Parent Weekend at college. Drury price tag for Baymont experience.

Bed was just a touch softer than the floor. Hard. King size bed with small pillows. Slept rough. Air conditioning vent in the unit was filthy. If I didn’t come there with breathing problems I sure left with them. Place smelled very musty. Tv remote didn’t work. Wash cloths were so thin you can see through them in places.

Run down, smelled of smoke, first room we were sent to hadn’t been cleaned. second room had food on the wall and stains on the dust cover of the bed. shower was really small and very run down.
