The full garbage cans, the FULL pet business garbage(took 3 weeks to empty after VERY FULL), food and garbage in the stairwell, stairwell mopped once a month. Luggage carts blocking the hallway for days. Empty beer bottles, broken beer bottles in parking lot, full cigarette butt can(on fire, called front desk twice) had to go back and put it out myself, if you stay more than 7 days they don't offer you housekeeping, YOU HAVE to ask even though YOU already paid for it, if they decide you ruined the sheets(even without washing them first) you get charged. God forbid a woman has a mishap during her cycle, YOU'RE paying for new sheets. OH!!! And if you bring your pet to this "Pet Friendly" hotel and they get slobber or eye goopers on the WHITE sheets, even though you're paying 25$+ a day for them to stay, YOU'RE now paying for new sheets as well instead of a wash and see first, because THEY have a guide to go by. I personally, will NOT be back!!!

Cleanliness, staff attitude, surrendered information, differences between employees knowledge, professionalism, lack of care, lack of information for first timers, CLEAR consis information, if it's your first time or you don't know or not sure of the rules, ASK QUESTIONS! Because if you dont, they will charge you for stuff you didn't think of. Be aware of sheet care. They will throw them out and charge you for new ones. If you have a pet you're paying for, the extra fees you pay for cleaning, don't mean bubkis! They charge you again anyway. That pet fee, everyday plus what you originally paid for housekeeping doesn't mean CRAP! GOOD LUCK! I WILL NOT stay here again

when I arrived, the staff member was asleep, so I was standing at the front desk for about a good five minutes before she woke up. No worries I can understand. She probably had a hard day. Other than that the accommodation the kitchen in the room was great. no noises by the guests the children that were there were well behaved and it was a great day. But I really like is that they provided washing machines and dryers and also had a up-to-date vending machine. That room was only accessible by the guest. So great facilities all around. The location is also clutch because it’s not accessible by any mall or plaza but tucked away in like a very small business area off of the main road but definitely centralized near the highway and near places like Target, a Filipino restaurant down the street, Burger King… you know… Local restaurants. would definitely stay here long term again. This past week I have stayed at several other hotel name brands, including Hilton Garden Inn and I choose extended stay for price and accommodations above all of them. they may have only a grab and go type of breakfast, but with your choices of restaurants nearby, I don’t really put a high score on in-house breakfast …after all, you have a refrigerator and a kitchen.

The Sleeping front desk person but I just caught that front desk lady at the wrong time I guess. Other than that I guess they’re OK.

Check out time is 11am . Got a a knock on the door at 9am from the staff !!! Lose 2 hour of sleep . There should be a do not disturb sign on the inside door knob!!!

easy to find off the highway bed was comfortable room appeared to be freshly cleaned, even tho it looked dirty. (stained walls, appliances) good value very kind staff. the lady who checked me in was so sweet.

cigarette smoke smell in my room, not horrible but noticeable as i have asthma kitchenette / bathroom could really use upgrading. looks mismatched compared to bedroom part of room everything white in the room has a yellow tint (including smoke alarm, which was yellow and brown) so yeah, needs an upgrade to match the black bedroom furniture. thin walls. hallways smell like food residents are cooking, children yelling, etc. i had some trouble sleeping because of the noise of slamming doors, etc only toiletries provided are bar soap and shampoo, no conditioner or lotion like a standard hotel. no gym. i picked this property because of the low price, and i wasn’t disappointed considering it was very cheap. i knew it wouldn’t be amazing. i felt reasonably safe as a solo female traveler. for one night it was fine, for a longer stay go with homewood suites or myplace instead.
