Room was v good for short stay . Only thing that could be improved on would be an airport shuttle.

Location is fairly good for access to city and DFW.

Can’t think of anything that was poor based upon the room price.

Hotel was in a great location

I liked the cleanliness, location and bed and pull out couch. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodated our needs.

Housekeeping could have done a better job cleaning up the room and the temperature of the room was very warm.

Disappointed.

The check in lady was kind. And The door had three locks on it.

Keys didn’t work. Constant surveillance and cops or security type folks running around. I get that this place isn’t the four seasons. But the 3 locks one of which locked us in and we couldn’t get out for a while, the security, the roaches, the phones that don’t work, the yelling and condescending way I was spoken to at checkout…. And my cat, who is still traumatized by the sounds of the freeway making her begin to chew through her carrier and attack me when trying to pick her up all while the guy with the cart just stood there staring not realizing standing there in the doorway with 90decible cars were scaring her will haunt me for some time. She won’t even let me put her in the carrier when before she would go in it to sleep. won’t be back.

Found water roaches in both room 157 as well as room 158 after they switched us.

I like the fact that it was close by everywhere we were going & the staff was very friendly

Ok in a pinch

The staff was friendly and cooperative. We booked it because of the distance to Love Field airport. They gave us a key to the wrong room but we're very apologetic and upgraded us to a multi-room suite.

They were training a couple of people and we ended up getting a room key to an occupied room. There were no remotes to the TVs when we got to the room. There was no telephone in the room and everything looked like it needed repair and was very outdated.

It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great

Looks sketchy but it’s not a terrible neighborhood.

It’s over priced for what it is. 50$ room at best. Immediately slotted a couple of roaches on third floor room. Towels need to be washed more vigorously with detergent.

Superb

I loved the whirlpool tub I had in my room as well as the size and I enjoyed the friendly staff.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Besides the location of the light switch in the bathroom everything was perfect. Again I have no negative things to say my entire stay was perfect for me and my wife.

it had roaches everywhere. I was there for 5 minutes and killed 7 roaches. I left.

Very dirty had a lot of roaches. Polish were called out to the property a few times. People breaking into care. Lots of drugs being used on the property

Very good

I loved the country cottage feel! ❤️ very comfortable beds and room was charming. Very quiet country stay!!

I had reserved two family suites months before but when I got a reminder right before I drove down there it said I just had two regular rooms. I had to call family I was suppose to meet and tell some they couldn’t come.

It was close to my job

I did like the space of the room and the king size bed.

I didn’t like the roaches I have never seen any like the ones they had super weird and someone kept peeing on the elevator. Nasty.

Very pleased

Loved the Whirlpool tub room. It surprised me the room size and that it was a 2 room suite. Price was great. Other than that we were pleased with our experience and will definitely be returning.

Could have been a little cleaner. It was dusty and I found an open 40 oz in the fridge.

will never use this hotel again

only reason I was there it was cheap and close to my sister house for thanksgiving day. boy was wrong about this one😬

the room was in poor shape the bathroom was disgusting like rats been chewing thru the door shower head spraying water on the wall while taking a shower asked for towels never got them just bad
