One of the best stays ever

Bathroom Bed Shower Good value for the money we will stay there again when we need a place coffee was hot and ready other people around were pleasant the weather was very good

You get what you paid for

The room was pretty clean and everything worked well for the most part

Bed felt flat, didn't have a whole lot of blankets, air conditioner/heater was subpar, tv remote didn't work so had to use the button on TV to turn it on and use it

Booking was allowed even though there was no vacancy

Booking was confirmed but when arrived there weren't any rooms available.

Everyone was lond there and the rooms at night were all lit up from all the lights outside and the pillows were all thin and the staff wasn't perfection also the rooms were cold

Disappointing.

Check in was quick.

Floora and bathroom fixtures were dirty/ Mattress was torn and had holes in it. Breakfast was a cup of old coffee.

Not safe!

The price

We couldn't even pull in! The amount of garbage and sketchy people in the parking lot was enough that we honestly were too scared to even pull into the parking lot! There wasn't any security anywhere to be seen. The number of sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot alone was more than 20. The number of people in the lobby, I'm unsure if it's a hotel or a club! Unless you're looking for drugs .... stay away! Oh, also , they don't offer a refund for a reason! We ate the $76 they were glad to charge, but they aren't concerned for your safety! I can't believe any company would represent these places that are garbage, preying on visitors who don't know and wouldn't in their right mind (unless you carry) stay at this hotel.

Great staff but needs updates

The front desk clerk was very friendly and answered all my questions.

Corporate should invest in new mattresses. They were stained and gross. A few updates were necessary.

It was fine.

The outside needs work. Lots of spiderwebs and just crap all over. My sisters door was jammed.

nothing… bunch of meth heads live and hang around there . our room door was breached twice and we decided at midnight to leave there and suffer the 3.5 hour drive home. it was seriously absolutely a joke and scary there

Was the worst Red Roof Inn I have ever stayed in. In fact it was so bad my girl didn't want to stay so we never stayed in the room. We left and went home

The front desk staff was extremely pleasant...

I did not like that I traveled to Kalamazoo for work,and hotel was over booked..I did not get the room. I had requested..I also got put into a room that had stained blankets and wet towels..I also was ruidly awaken at 3am by loud voice right outside my door..this was not a good experience for me at all..

Very poor

The room smelled horrible, like feet and cigarettes the comforter on the bed was dirty and stained, the sink was dirty had hair from the previous occupant. The toilet smelled like butt I had to clean the room before I could stay in it, Was not pleased with my accomodations. Will not be back I would not recommend.

Not clean, not comfortable and on top of that, 2h I have checked out I called the place saying I have forgot my phone charger plugged on the wall but they have asked me to call later. I did call couple hours later and nothing. I then drived down there in the hope to get my charger back but they informed it was not found...

and here is another anti-record number that I checked in was a disgusting order of reasons I booked an improved room received horror bed linen turned out after someone on the sheet there were traces of makeup and a strong smell of perfume the trash bin would be full of someone's waste the toilet was not washed in it there was water with rubbish some bathroom waste footprints and dirt on towels footprints everything I touched looked obscene
