It was good for the time we were there.

Smaller than other rooms at RI but I guess that’s the size of the standard one bedrooms.

Chipping paint in the ceiling/wall.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Friendly staff and delicious breakfast!

Honestly, everything. One staff member in particular, Chanel, she was FANTABULOUS!!!! She was a funny and sweet genuine person! The rooms were amazing, the breakfast is awesome because you have SO MANY OPTIONS!

If I absolutely had to pick something, for me personally, the beds are too firm. I just have back and hip issues so it isn’t the hotels fault at all there.

Relaxing, fun. Will stay here again

The heated indoor pool. The clean, beautiful room and comfy couch and beds. Easy access from parking lot into building. Several doors with card key entry makes walking distance pleasant

That the only bathroom was in the bedroom but with us all being family it really wasn’t a big deal

It was nice and peaceful.

The breakfast was great. And the location was perfect.

I didn't like that we couldn't get in the pool which that was one of the reasons why I chose that hotel.

Was very nice. Great area to walk my two dogs was nice to have the station with bags to pickup

Breakfast was good and typical of other Residence Inns that I stay at

I scheduled to have the room refreshed on the sexond day I asked that additional towels be left with the room refresh. We did get the normal amount of towls but not the ones we requested at the front desk. So I am assuming house keeping. Did not pay attention to the request that the person at the front desk put into the system for me

The staff, cleanliness, and value of the property for the cost-it was very reasonable.

The breakfast could have included grits and more "Southern" foods.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and we used it several times due to rain or keeping our oldest busy while his brother napped. Breakfast was nice as well.

Overall, my stay at Residence Inn - Good.

Very good parking and location. Pleased with the layouts of the room and the hotel. Enjoyed the full size appliances. Thank you.

Did not eat breakfast, not pleased with selections. One elevator, shared with custodial services.? Allergies: Prefer hotel to restrict (designate) limited floors for pets…?

Secure your door

Less than an hour after checking into my room. I was told my room A/C wasn’t working and I had to move rooms. Also on the first night someone tried to enter my room. They knocked them used a key card to try and open the door. If the lock wasn’t on the door they would of entered the room after midnight. I told the front desk and they started they would B inform the manager and said it was best if I told them that night. I was from out of town it would of been better if I called the police.

The amenities were great (basketball court, outside lounge area and pool specifically)! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. No complaints about the room nor the housekeeping service. The hotel was clean and cozy! Really wish I could take the hotel and experience everywhere I travel.

My only complaint is that I wish we had a room where the restroom wasn't inside the bedroom and easily accessible to the living room.

Great place to stay.

The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable, clean with clean towels. The kitchen /dinning area was a bonus for me. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The television was not working. They had problems with the cable connection in the building.
