I would stay there again if their room cleanliness improved better room inspections.

Short distance to work. Friendly staff, adequate breakfast, close to walking trail.

Completely disappointed with staff telling I was going to have to pay for hotel amenities like towels and sheets.

Location

Sheets need to be updated. The sheets and blankets looked beige from where they had been washed so many times. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and the the linens were dirty that were provided for the sofa bed and had to be exchanged at the front desk. The front desk clerk told me to make sure everything was in the bag that was provided of bedding because if not, he was going to have to charge me. I had just checked in 30 minutes prior. Also when I went to exchange towels, one of the towels had makeup on it and the front desk clerk, who was another front desk clerk told me that if the towels were stained, they were going to have to charge me for the towels.. Also a room inspector had to inspect the room at check out in order to get my $100 cash deposit back.

Deben modernizarlo no hay conexión de usb, los televisores son muy viejo no hay conexión a Netflix por medio del teléfono, en otros hoteles si los hay siendo menos lujosos que ese, comparado en calidad precio, el aire acondicionado no se puede graduar a la temperatura que uno guste es muy incómodo puesto que había calor

I expected better, Best Western Plus!!!

The location and the car cleaning crew was very attentive. The front desk agents could use tips for better customer service with guest. Not friendly.

Granted the bed was very comfortable. However.. The rooms need deep cleaning. Fresh Painting, change everything that's rusted in there the light fixtures, the old smoke alarms, outlet covers are all rusted plus exposed wires under tha ac units also better TV channels. No streaming 😒 The rooms are very outdated to be Best Western plus. I expected better. I booked this just to get rest and refresh myself for my health. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent, would stay again and recommend.

This motel was very reasonably priced and looked like it had been recently refurbished, everything was in good order and clean. The breakfast was nice, compared to many other places. I also liked the closet mirrors in the room, very clever. Bed comfortable and clean. The room quiet despite the freeway not too far away. Great little bar with food and drinks a short walk - next door in fact. Staff friendly and helpful.

I didn't like the sink area outside the bathroom. I couldn't fault anything else.

A nice hotel

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I had hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bagel and cream cheese. They have waffle makers and delicious pastries. The coffee machine has a choice of coffee, latte and capucccinos. There are hot choices such as omlet and sausages. Their rooms were clean and large. The beds were super comfortable. Front desk people were friendly.

The pressure in the shower was not good. The shower head needs to be changed. It was a challenge washing my hair

Yes I would stay again.

Clean nice staff beds comfortable Hot breakfast sausage patties or links circle eggs scrambled eggs waffles fruit yogurt bagels cappuccino juice biscuits gravy oat meal toast pastries all delicious. Pool not heated but didn't stop my girls from enjoying it.

The breakfast staff looking at you getting food felt uncomfortable. They watch you while you eat like if they wanna make sure you dont take extra or something. When gravy ran out they didn't want to make more. They run out of yogurt and other things and don't fill up.

My stay was pleasant but not all of the accommodations were beneficial.

Breakfast was nice. Room was comfortable and quiet.

I prepaid. When I called to change from 2 beds to one, I was told okay. I also asked for any medical provisions. I was told there weren't any. When I got to the room, I still had two beds in my room. I was also told at check in that I would get a discount rate next time for having a medical procedure. When I asked the next morning why I wasn't told that in the beginning, they said that I paid online and there wasn't anything they could do for the medical discount or changing the room. I later thought, they could have told me to cancel the previous reservation and to make a new one. The hotel wasn't packed. In these times, money really counts and I felt they were watching out foe the company rather than the customer.

My regular place to stay when I come here

I stay here every time I come to do a market in downtown Houston. It’s an easy location from Austin and is nice, clean, has amenities and the price is also great!!!

Our room was very clean upon entry and the staff were nice! The bed was comfy and they had a good selection of tv channels. Breakfast was good as well! The hotel is in a very easily accessible location and I appreciated the bright parking lot lights.

Very easy to get back on the highway and the ac works great

Staff wasnt very friendly, same thing over and over for breakfast either eggs, sausage or potatoes or one or the other sometimes even all 3 and the woman the works breakfast doesnt speak just stares at you.I had to ask to get moved because of noise then I gwt moved to a room that disnt even lock . One room had fake nails in the drawer and the other had a ziplock bag with someones name

We had a pleasant relaxing stay.

Conveniently located, breakfast included and free open lot parking. Comfortable bedding and large bedrooms.

The shower head was crusted over some and would shoot water in different directions and bad to be set to highest pressure regime to be able to shower, which was really abrasive.

We were away from room most of the time; but, while there it met our needs and was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was good. Location was great.

Even though there was a safety bar in tub; that tub was very slippery, could be dangerous. The 1st step into the tub. The bathroom had NO vent; or, if there was one, it NEVER came on. The sink area would be better if you had a bigger space on both sides to put your toiletries, etc. out.

Never again

The pre-made hot food barely qualifies as food fit for humans. The cereals and fruits were fine. Don't expect nice bacon, eggs and toast.

We had no hot water after arriving from a 14 hour flight. We had two rooms and both had no hot water. When we asked what the issue was, the manager got angry with us and told us we can go stay at another hotel if we are not satisfied. As we had client meetings setup, we did not have time to go hunt for last min accommodation which was limited anyway due the OTC conference. The african american manager was very rude and offered no apology at all and did not even offer to move us to rooms with hot water.

They need to workout the issues. I would not stay here again if given the opprotunity.

I was able to check it 30 minutes eariler than the required time. It was quiet while I was there. The beds were very comfortable.

Very basic breakfast. Not much of a selection but it was okay. The eggs were tasteless and the gravy for the bisquits tasted more like flour that actual gravy. There was no hot water and to get the hot water at all, I had to let it run for over 30 minutes. The carpets need to be shampooed. When I took a shower, my footprint was in the tub from walking on the floor.
