It was a disaster

Nothing at all

It was infested with roaches, smelled like roach spray, did not have a pool as advertised, no kitchen eccentials it was horriBle

Besides the roaches and the WiFi everything was ok also it would’ve been better if we had access to

The staff was very helpful, the 3rd shift lady was a great help, she helped reprogram my room keys. Also the guy on first shift was helpful and communicated well

Everything was ok, my room was infested with roaches even a few roaches in the refrigerator, also in the bed crawling up my arm. Also the internet wasn’t good I had an issue connecting my Xbox.

Uncomfortable and disappointing, Will not be staying at this location again.

The front desk worker was very polite and understanding.

The room was filthy, hair, used hair ties, dirty microwave and dead roach, relocated rooms was a bit cleaner but still roach infested.

This is the bottom of hospitality. This company should be fined for it's business practice.

They are filled with bugs non smoking rooms smell like smoke. What are they doing with their money definitely not re investing into their company. Everything is broken through out the buildings.

The bad smells the carelessness of the staff to make sure they have very clean rooms and accommodate guest accordingly.

I didn’t get to stay I had to find another hotel at the last minute when I was out there for a comp

That my room was giving away and I wasn’t contact threw my email or phone.

Enjoyable hotel in every way

On a main access road yet super quiet, so easy to get to but good sleep nonetheless. The room was big, comfy, and cozy. The bed felt great. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and there's free parking.

I was only there for a short amount of time but it was okay for the price I paid.

I liked the friendliness of the staff on the property

it was very loud. many residents and their children yelling and running up and down the halls. it was very annoying.

The location. The size of the room

The bathroom was licking. Roaches every where. Some of the staff were not friendly at all. Especially the old lady at night.

I will never stay here again, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The workers were very friendly.

As soon as I walked in my room smelled horrible. I had to use a plug in to bare sleeping in the room. On top of that I found a roach in the room.
