everything. disgustingly dirty, smell to point had to get extra strength feebreeze to neutralize smell of room funk, burn holes in furniture, bed itchy whole time, flood stains and missing spots, wife is handicap even put in notes yet was placed on third floor and they have no elevator. staff not customer friendly or help-full. smoke detector for some reason cover with bag and toes with a phone cord. smelled horrendous not only in but outside room. I took pics and this place is not clean at all in any way.

Disappointing

The location was good and it was clean and comfortable.

The check in experience wasn't good at all. I was assigned room 215 1st and when I tried to get in room the keys wouldn't work so I literally walked down the stairs to lobby about 7x to get the keys re scanned. In the process someone opened door to room. So I couldn't access it because it was already occupied. So yet again I go downstairs and tell the lady in office. She assigns me to 2 different rooms and they both were occupied as well. At this point I'm very frustrated because it's been an hour trying to get into a room. Finally after getting into the room, there were no TV in the room, it was a strip on the wall that had came off and after showering I tripped coming out bathroom smh. The water in the shower and the sink was backwards so it seemed like we had no hot water until i realized halfway through the shower. To top things off the people came knocking on the door 3x BEFORE check out and being that I didn't get into room until after 2 AM I asked for late checkout. So my slept kept being interrupted. I asked for a discount and the lady put my name down on a list and told me to call the manager on Monday. So that's what I'm gonna have to do.

It was good for the price and me there alone as compared to prices at other locations.

The room was clean.

The stairwell and balcony outside the room was dirty. The grounds were full of cigarette buts and some trash. The facility was on a busy main highway which was OK but the side of the building I was in was next to the highway and very noisy. At times I had to use ear plugs to seep.

We paid online, and when we got there, they didn't have rooms cleaned or anyone to clean them. We had to go elsewhere. The outside was dirty when we pulled up, and the area was not fit for families with children.

My card got charged for the room but the GM resolved it my refund is on the way . Also the hot water isn't hot enough 😉

Just to sleep

We got there very late or early in the morning and the receptionist was still was very pleasant and kind.

I'm fairly certain I paid for and requested a non smoking room. The room smell was awful room 106 and even worse in the bathroom. Thank God we only needed to stay there for a few hours.. wake up and leave.

Forensic Team van was there working a scene. On a separate note, I heard a prostitute ask guy walking with her, "you got 20?" He said, "uh huh".;She said, "come on, I do you now". She opened door to room right next to mine. On another note, my room reeked of pot, probably venting from Kiki's room next door.

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

We traveled from out of state and did not get in until 230 AM and upon arrival said the office is open from 7am t 11pm. Granite there was a phone we could use when we checked in and she was not too happy we arrived that late. When traveling I don’t see why hotels are not open 24 hours. That was NOT clear on their site and I called to ask and was told the office was open 24 hours. Rooms were spacious. The air/eat worked well.

THERE WAS NO HOT WATER THE 3 DAYS we were there. We were told that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. The hotel needs to be cleaned on the outside as well. When getting to our room the door was ajar. Next one to us as well. Told the gentleman at the front desk and he said must have been the cleaning crew and thank you for letting him know. Later that day we noticed ALL the rooms that didn’t looked occupied were like that. Why in the world would you keep your rooms ajar for anyone to just come in. At 3am when getting up to our room I had my boyfriend do a sweep before I would even enter.
