We were very disappointed.

Free Breakfast means grab and go (small muffin and snack bar).along with coffee/tea. Also free wifi means spotty reception and when you call front desk, person provides you a number to call and file the complain.

The stay was acceptable but very disappointing for what was advertised.

Convenient location. Clean and pleasant room.

No coffee maker in room and none available at time of check-in. Included Breakfast was touted in the description of the hotel but all that was available were granola bars and light snacks. Should not be called a breakfast. Very disappointing.

Don't go here with Family. Good place to be alone with nothing but your thoughts!

Stephanie, the front desk rep was nice when we checked out.

The breakfast was muffins, granola, and coffee at the desk. The closet door was broken in our room. There was no ice and the front desk rep was not there for at least 10 minutes. When she did arrive she was too exhausted to tell us anything about the hotel except what we asked. You had to ask for the dishes for your room, we didn't even bother to do so. We initially checked in for 3 nights and left the next day. We went to the Hilton approx 3 mins

A little rundown. I had a dirty rag on my bed when I checked in by the time I checked out, there was no breakfast or food or coffee the place houses some homeless people apparently I would never stay here again not even for free.

Place smelled of weed very outdated. Felt like had to worry with full plexiglass at checking counter and all cameras staring at you when walked in. Never will go back

adequate if your looking for an adorable room in a good location

location was great

floors in bathroom where peeling up, the bowed shower curtain rod would only allow you to open the door half way to bathroom and the sink leaked

Never again. Cheap but not worth it.

Clean but in need of update snd repair.

Asked numerous times for coffee and coffee maker with no response. stayed only 1 night due to dog barking non stop and no one in room so staff did nothing. could not move us to another room. Checked out 10pm and went to hotel next door. much nicer accommodations and no barking dogs.

Uncomfortable but Adequate.

Did not partake as it was very bland and basic.

The staff was very friendly and helpful except for one lady who checked me in. There was confusion with the room assigned to me…one queen instead of two….and she immediately took a negative, condescending tone. She stated they did not switch my reservation, of which I had not even mentioned, and that either I take it or leave it. All while backing up and pacing as if she was agitated. I had simply inquired and showed frustration at the situation, not at her or the facility. She could have been empathetic instead of negative. She did this in front of a coworker and a family also checking in. The looks and body language of the others supported my interpretation of the staff members overly negative reaction. We stayed the night as it was college weekend and all hotels were booked solid, but under other circumstances I would have left.

Price far to high for such a aged stay. Building old and noisy old fridge killing your sleep. Thanks God no carpet which easier to be cleaned Bathroom ok but you see also the age

The location was good and room was okay.

The bed was too close to the wall leaving little space to get out comfortably. The breakfast choices were meager and we didn’t part take in eating at the hotel. There was no orange juice or nice eating area. Not sure why you bother to offer breakfast.

Not a pleasant one

Staff were nice

Breakfast, cleanliness of hotel and room, items in the room were broken (closet, table). Refrigerator and cabinets were shabby, carpet was not cleaned properly and therefore I was struggling to breathe and it triggered allergies, we ended up canceling the next three nights stay and finding another hotel for the rest of the stay.
