would never stay here again. felt like a scam

it’s close to work and a lot of other things like the airport and food spots

Everything was disgusting. The floor is sticky and full of crust that gets picked up by our feet and we had to clean them off every time we got in bed. There were bugs everywhere including BED BUGS. The shower was damaged and had a leaky faucet. You can hear and smell everything outside the room. Cigarette smoke was coming through the door making it feel like a smoking room when it was supposed to be non smoking. We were constantly disturbed by stomping and loud talking when we were trying to sleep. Maintenance opened the door and tried to come in before we could even wake up and give permission. The staff is rude and unaccommodating. The chair in the corner is covered in stains. Staff claimed there was no way to set up a gaming system to the tv so we had to bring our own. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Staff lied about how long we could have our dog there over the phone so when we arrived we were told something completely different. The pool was closed even though it’s scolding hot outside. Fire alarm went off for no reason. We tried to shorten our stay because of how dissatisfied we were but they wouldn’t allow it and offered a refund that would still have us paying more than we would if we had originally booked only 3 days.

Room smelled musty. Looked like they did half job on any renovations. Taped areas still up where they started painting. People loitering around property.

The first room they put me in was dirty. Trash everywhere and the beds weren't even made. One bed had pillows and blankets laying on it. The mattresses were not comfy and the pillows were tiny and hard. The floor was filthy.

For the price the bed was comfortable and the room was presentable.

Dirt spots in the hallway and could hear freeway traffic all night. Good thing I had traveled 8 hours and was tired.

This place looked like a trap house!!

The location is the only thing I can say that I liked.

The room was NOTHING like the pics and when I went to the front desk to ask them for a room that looked like the pics and she laughed and said they looked like that maybe when they first opened. There was cigarette burns in the sheets and blankets. I had to go to the family dollar store to buy sheets for the bed. There was also cigarette burns on the wall, like people would put there cigarettes out using the wall. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been bleached in years.

Unexpected disappointment

Handicap bathroom was unsafe. My husband took a bad fall in the shower. No safety rails at shower level. No shower mat or non skid surface on tub floor. the shower stool was very rickety. Room & hotel were in need of repair & updating. Room phone broken. Clock broken. Curtain hanging off curtain rod. TV fallen off of wall. Dresser drawer was broken. Room desk chair was embarrassing. Even a thrift shop would have rejected it. Two ancient fire alarm systems. Both looked highly questionable & barely hanging onto the walls. Hallway shutters severely bent. Hallway carpets significantly water stained. Ice machine looked in bad shape.
