La ubicación y atención del personal son sus puntos altos.

Definitivamente la ubicación es ideal. Variedad de restorant en su entorno.

Falta de limpieza. Un insecto me pico y la ducha no estaba del todo limpia. Contraje una infección en el pie que me tiene con tratamiento dermatológico. Llegue tres horas antes del checkin y me hicieron pagar 30 dólares extras. Solo quería guardar las maletas y cuando pregunte si podian almacenarlas hasta la hora que correspondía no me dieron buena cara. Así que pague para evitar malos momentos.

Exceptional

I enjoyed the secluded area yet close to restaurants and shopping centers area it's located in. The manager , she is very sweet, humble, and truly cares about her customers. The rooms are some of the best I seen in Austin, you can tell they care about cleanliness which is a big plus. All staff is wonderful. Laundry room is a big plus, again also clean.I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great service poor choice of guests

The room was very clean and the AC worked very well

I didn't really care for the ghetto scene that was going on out front. Some girl that was I guess high on drugs was running around screaming and then she went to the lobby and pulled the manual pull station on the fire alarm so we got to hear the fire alarm blaring and screaming for 30 minutes before I went to the office and offered my services to reset the panel

nightmare

location with many restaurants surrounding

the property should have full kitchenette but nothing is provided in the room. Worse is they keep everything in the reception and it was not open even after 9am on Sunday. i made a call a night before and they do not remind me about the hours and not open yet by 9.05am. Unprofessional!

eh won’t stay there .

I love the update on the motel felt brand new and clean

the staff bypassed me when asking for an extra key , I didn’t know the office was not open or available 24 hrs . I got locked out of my room when trying to leave in the morning and the worker I saw there told me she was leaving to another job she couldn’t help me , super easy favor and plus others were locked out as well.

The young guy at the desk was very rude. There was not one extra in the room. No plates, utensils, drinking glasses, shampoo, hair dryer, extra blanket, extra pillows, nothing!! The bathroom has obviously had an animal locked in there and smelled like urine. It was totally gross and the deadbolt on the door didn’t work!
