Für eine Nacht ok, Augen zu und durch…

Relativ zentral, unkompliziertes Personal. Auto-Parkmöglichkeiten sind ohne Probleme vorhanden

The picture in Booking didn’t come even remotely close to what actual room looked like.

The fruit was soured everyday for breakfast. The cereal was generic brand.

L extérieur n a rien à voir avec l intérieur, magnifique maison mais les photos du site sont trompeuses Ménage non fait dans les chambres, poubelles non vidées, travaux pendant 2 jours sous notre fenêtre de chambre, bar de la piscine fermé…le mercredi…en pleine saison Rapport qualité prix non justifié…la manager se moque ouvertement de mes réclamations

The Palms Hotel was beautiful and every way and it was perfect for a honeymoon. It would be perfect if it were only clos

Very clean and well-maintained. The exclusive pool and bar were perfect.

White Street was considerably noisy, and construction was going on behind the bed and breakfast.

Sehr „sweetes“ Ambiente, das Zimmer war sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet

Anstrengende deutsche Mit-Gäste, die betrunken am Pool ohne Rücksicht auf andere ihre laute Musik gehört haben, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber nichts

Sehr hübsches Hotel, angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sehr charmantes und hübsches Hotel, gute Lage, gute Zimmerausstattung mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffee-/ Teezubereiter, guter Supermarkt um die Ecke, netter Poolbereich, alles sauber und gepflegt.

Safe auf dem Zimmer wäre gut.

Good location in a quiet area of Key West that is within walking distance.

Good location, and we appreciated being able to snag a parking spot behind the hotel right near our room. We stayed in the Ash Cottage which was quiet, comfortable, very clean, and plenty of room for 3 people. The continental breakfast by the pool each day was a nice bonus and the afternoon happy hour and music by the pool was a fun way to wind down. This is a quaint old hotel within a reasonable walking distance of the "hot spots" on the island as well as good restaurants. Would definitely stay there again. Keep in mind it is an old historic hotel and therefore has quirks but that adds to the charm!

Could have used some hangers in our closet and a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on.

Amazing, famlilier house

We really loved it! Kind helpfull staff, beautifull house with nice rooms. The kids loved the pool, the area is very nice! You can walk by foot. It is not easy to find a parking place,.

Fantastic location and price

Great location. I lived in KW during the 90's and knew where I wanted to stay. For me it is a great location, close to my old home and a short walk to everything and just far enough from everything to not have parking issues. Nice and clean. Just right.

Cozy older setting walking distance to restaurants, bars, and waterfont.

This hotel was nice. It was 2 older homes next to each other with decking and outdoor spaces between the buildings. Our room was quite small but adequate and included the essentials. The bed was comfortable. The shower was very small.

There was no parking at the location. It is in a residential neighborhood and it was a challenge to find a place to park. One night we were 3 blocks from the hotel. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around it but this situation was surprising to us.

Das Hotel hat den unglaublichen Key West Charme, ich war begeistert, Frühstück ist ok mehr aber nicht und die Lage ist doch so das man in 15-20 Minuten mitten im Geschehen ist.

Muy lindo lugar con pequeñas cosas a mejorar

La ambientación, el hotel estaba muy bien mantenido y era muy céntrico, se podía caminar donde quisieras ir.

No hicieron el aseo en nuestra habitación. Salimos temprano en la mañana, regresamos a las 16:30 y continuaba todo como lo dejamos.

Excellent Stay!

The location is great. Breakfast is perfect. Bicycles are a must 👌 Rooms are very clean & cozy. Staff were very helpful. I'm looking forward to my return.

Wonderful stay in an excellent location, the energy and Key West vibes start here!

Very quaint while providing a Key West historical experience. Loved the location and vibe of the community!

Housekeeping forgot to replenish coffee and breakfast isn’t out until 8am, needed coffee in room to be available each day. Staff person who checked us out wasn’t as friendly as rest of the staff , he was on front desk duty the last two days of our stay and interactions were all similarly unfriendly. Luckily not much need to us it the front desk because everything else was great!!

ANTS (or termites, dont ) EVERYWHERE!

I was clean and the administrator was welcoming. Thats it.

ANTS (or termites, both look the same to me)! They were literally everywhere and i couldn't leave my food without risking to get it infested The house itself is small and the owner did his best to make it a good stay, but still its way too overpriced!

The place looks very nice, placed on walking distance of the hot-spots of Key West. Free public parking.

Very good facilities & location - a great place to stay in Key West.

Room was clean. I was surprised to see the doors open directly on the pool deck, but we really didn't notice much pool noise with the doors closed - so the room access was a plus. Location was reasonably close to Mallory Square and other tourist sights, so we were able to walk wherever we wanted. Overall, I would definitely stay here next time we visit Key West.

It took a few minutes for the water to warm sufficiently for showering. The room seemed kind of tight for two people - storage was limited. Limited parking, but that seems the norm in Key West.
