Good, but bad housekeeping

Great location

The housekeeper didn’t clean the room, I have to clean it myself. She didn’t showed up to bring towels or take the trash out, but the day of check out she was knocking the door at 9:00 am asking at what time I was leaving.

The suite was relaxing and it was quiet!

First time in Myrtle and Sandy Beach resort

Location, awesome ocean views, friendly staff

Rooms were clean but could use some paint updates, etc just had some visible wear and tear etc. Dusty vents also.

It was good.

The indoor pool area. The view from the balcony. The clerk who checked us in was extremely nice.

Not sure who it was but one of the male workers purposely bumped my husband who was trying to help a young guy find his own hotel. He also made a comment about my husband not being able to remember our own room number. He has memory issues and it was just rude to make the comment.

We love the location. We like the easy access to the beach. The room was clean. Great amenities! Loved the jetted bathtub! The view was amazing!

There were a few minor, very minor, cosmetic problems in the room. Nothing that caused any issues. Can't really think of anything else we didn't like. The lighting in the living area was a little dim, but I guess I could have moved a lamp or something to improve it.

Wonderful time at Sandy Beach!

Our room was in an excellent location overlooking the swimming pool. The open pools were in excellent condition after Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed the quiet laid-back atmosphere. The weather was perfect!

We had no complaints.

Pictures online are indeed misleading. Rooms are very outdated and old, with evidence of rusting and mold. If you are not looking for glam, it is very close to beach!

Walking distance to everything.

All of the fabric furniture had stains. Had to put a. Blanket over the couch in order to sit down. Hair in sinks & tubs. Resort was supposed to be no pets allowed. But saw guests with pets.

Very comfortable family vacation in strategically placed hotel.

The suite with two rooms was very clean and comfortable. It was like a little apartment with a beautiful oceanfront view. It even had a washing machine. We were two families (7 ppl in total) and we were very comfy. Because it was a two room suite (and we were 2 families) we had two parking passes. The location makes it perfect for a family trip. There’s a lot of things to do with the kids. There's an amusement park and parasailing and banana boating at a walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly.

People smoking weed in the balconies. They didn't offer real breakfast. They had big jugs with black coffee Not enough tables to sit with the family near the pool.

Beautiful room with a beach view. Also near many attractions.

The cost was higher than I would have liked. Wish the kitchen was more updated.
