Best deal in NY!

Best deal in NY! The room was really large and spotlessly clean. Very safe neighborhood (next door to the NYPD) and near tons of restaurants.

GREATT!

The soft very comfortable bed, big fluffy comforters. The shower area and the little vanity couch. Overall the rooms are great as I’ve stayed here numerous times.

The heat wasn’t working this time around and the substitution could’ve been better.

Would not recommend this hotel

Hotel was centrally located

Hotel is worn down. Broken tiles, worn out closets. Inside shower grout was yellow and old. This is not a boutique hotel. It’s stuck in a time lapse. A gentleman who checked me out called Luis was the most patronising man ever. Rude hostile and unprofessional. This hotel charges over $359 for rooms on nights. There is so much better hotels that are cleaner and better in the area.

Simple yet effective for a 6hr stay.

The place was perfect for just needing to crash for the night. The bed was super soft and comfy! Location was really good to LGA Airport!! Price was okay.

The wifi didn't reach the room I was in, which was abit disappointing as had just arrived and wanted to get in contact with family, and had to come out into the lobby at like 11pm.

It's safe and clean

I liked the room itself. It has some wear and tear but it was better than a cheap motel.

There was a mess up with my booking and I paid for 2 rooms instead of one and I'm still waiting on a response if I can get some money back or not.

Amex travel should highlight this place.

I’ve stayed here several times before. The new staff are better, the rooms are cleaner. I actually had the room with the balcony for the first time…I really enjoyed that!

The rooftop bar was closed but the OO lounge was great.

All around great place, great rate, and definitely would stay again.

The big comfortable bed and bathtub.

The thermostat in the room didn’t work but they did place a portable heater in the room.

First I'd like to address I've stayed in 400 plus hotels in 5 years not only use booking.com (sorry)But the One Boutique Hotel for myself and my husband and friend we had such a great time. There was a patio that was so cool.It had a hidden feel to it even though it's winter that I booked veryspacious .the bed was big. the service from the staff was fantastic so kind so friendly such a New York City feel the room was clean. The room was private. My husband and best friend were kind of loud plus I have a deaf ear not one complaint. I really feel this hotel with the bar up on top on the roof is badass and I will say those words badass good for you guys. I absolutely love your hotel I will stay there again in the future for sure thank you.Michael Vacarr

Apart from the state of the room mentioned earlier, the bed was very comfy with an amazing view..

The location was good and the view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and clean although I found 1 piece of hair once I rolled the covers back. The staff were very polite.

The room cleaniness was very disappointing. The curtains were very very dirty as if they haven't been washed for years. The furnitures were all chipped and in a terrible state. Ensure chipped furnitures are relpaced and the curtains are washed regularly.

Decent size room and the bed was very comfortable. Location is alright, 20 minutes from Flushings Main Street into Penn Station Manhattan.

The place was unkept & dirty. The furniture was damaged and grimy, the bathroom had scum along the titles. The door in my room didn't allow me to set whether i needed room service or didn't want to be disturbed. I was on the 7th floor which meant the bar was above me, it played loud music until about 1am/2am.
