Everything great except for the high noise that came through the window.

There was a high noise in the building next to my window room. I had to use ear plugs to sleep!!

Meh...

Friendly front desk staff. Room was quiet.

Site overestimated room size by 10x. Curtains would not shut all the way, so we could not help but wake extremely early. Eggs at breakfast buffet were cold

Toppenläge! Centralt men ändå lugnt, promenadavstånd till allt i trevliga Madison. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Havregrynsgröt och havremjölk på frukosten uppskattades.

Någon grönsak till frukost hade varit ett extra plus.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet and up to date rooms

We were going to the Overture for a show so the location was great! Room was very clean and perfect for a group of five. I really appreciated the size and comfort. Breakfast was very good, not your run of the mill continental breakfast.

I think you should get parking for one vehicle included in price of the room

Wonderful hotel!

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, nice lobby and eating area. Everything was spotless. Comfy bed and stylish decor. Loved our stay here!

Nice Place! Would Visit Again...

The free breakfast was quite good and changed slightly every day. The location is good for anyone with activities in the downtown/Capitol Square area.

Not a big deal, but kind of weird that the door to the bathroom bumps the toilet when you close it. You have to be pretty 'deliberate' to close it. At some point the repeated banging on the toilet is going to make it start leaking at the floor seal.

Five star prices in 2.5 star hotel.

Great location

Standards were very low in relation to price. Heating a/c was what you find in cheap motels, long term stay and they only came every three days to clean and deliver coffee, etc. , no lotion in room, one small shelf in shower, no makeup mirror and mirrors were far away.

Average hotel for expensive price

Convenient to downtown

I was expecting much more for the price. Rooms had not great room heaters/air conditioners, not enough shelves in showers for own stuff, service only came every three days for long term stays (so no refills on coffee, etc.). Very basic hotel for expensive costs. Sheets also kept pulling off the bed. No lotions, etc. very basic coffee snd breakfast was eh…

this is the second time I have been illegally charged by this hotel. I highly recommend that you avoid it.

location and size of rooms

this is the second time that I have been missed charged at this location. I had a hotel room booked through Booking.com that I canceled. Rather than cancelling the reservation from a month out, they charged me for the stay 1250.00-let me be clear. This was a cancellation a month before I was even supposed to stay there. It was supposed to be a no fee cancellation. Instead, but I got from this hotel for the rooms that I never even stayed in. So I had to contact the hotel and then dance to get them to take that charge off of my account that they were not supposed to charge at all. They can’t even explain why I was charged for that room. It gets even better, rather than refunding me they charge me again. So as of this moment this hotel has charged me $2500 for a state that I canceled the month in advance.

Really wish the beds were better!

It's was clean and everyone was super sweet. Nice breakfast.

The beds and pillows were just so uncomfortable. For the price of the stay, I expected more. It was probably the least comfortable hotel bed experience I've had. I ended up sleeping on the couch two of the three nights.

It was a beautiful space but my hotel was the worst part of my trip overall and I won’t be staying again.

I enjoyed the location, and amazing breakfast.

Many of the staff were rude/cold or straight up disrespectful.
