Shitty sleep in a too small bed in a too small room for two people!

Fairly close to our destination. Clean, good hot breakfast.

Hard to find entrance to hotel parking lot. We signed up for a KING or two Queens bedroom. Got a very small, handicapped accessible room with a full size bed. Hotel said they couldn’t do anything to change it because it was booked through Booking. They said your organization does this all the time…offers a cheaper rate but doesn’t tell you that you’re getting one full-size bed in a very small room. NOT happy with Booking! Totally misrepresented the room to us. Dishonest to say the least. Afraid to ever book with you again!

I would never be back at this hotel while they have these staff working there it ruin our stay

The location rooms where ok

The front desk staff I believe name kiriana and Dominic since the moment we got there she had a horrible attitude they tried to cancel our reservations they where at no moment trying to be helpful at all and talking about us under her breath she just totally needs and attitude adjustment

Very nice hotel, very clean, great breakfast.

Very clean room. Great communication and information provided. Hot tub open until midnight. Better than average continental breakfast. Really nice hotel overall. Staff confrontations were friendly and helpful.

Maybe occasionally check for kids in the pool after 10pm and kick them out, was really looking forward to relaxing after a long day. Not hotels fault but maybe checking from time to time.

Weekend Stay in Double Queen Room

The breakfast had a large variety of food and was replenished regularly. Several staff were working in the breakfast area. Bed was comfy and clean. Office staff were very accommodating and friendly. Snack food was provided in Managers Reception at 5 p.m.

Room was a bit small with 2 queen beds, but we managed. Meatball appetizers we're only provided one of the days we were there for Managers Reception. Otherwise it was only chips with a couple toppings, popcorn and some alcoholic beverages.

The breakfast was very good. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Late at night there was a party down the hall and a strong smell of weed. We should of call the front desk but, just went back to sleep.

An excellent experience. Staff was especially patient and helpful.

An excellent breakfast spread, with a dining setup that encouraged conversation between guests. I don't usually eat breakfast at the hotel, but this buffet was so good, I had to do it once.

Parking is a little confusing. Not exactly sure where hotel parking ends and other business parking begins.

It exceeded my expectations.

Excellent breakfast, especially when compared with most free/"continental" breakfast(s) served at other hotels. Friendly, helpful and courteous front-desk staff. Efficient and effective housekeeping staff. Loved the free beer & snacks at the guest reception. No staff member acted as though they were "fishing" for tips. Which is precisely why I cheerfully tipped at several opportunities.
