It would be one of the perfect choices in Vancouver, Although it is required to check the location.

Breakfast was good, room was large enough and the beds were comfort.

Superb

Nice clean room. Staff was very friendly and professional. Buffet breakfast was very good.

Was not able to use the TV because you had to scan a bar code to use. We are older and scanning bar codes is beyond us.

unsafe and insecure hotel makes me think twice about staying again

it’s clean and the front desk staff were nice

it’s completely unsafe. there is no security or security cameras on site. I was robbed and it’s Hilton’s fault.

Superb

Upscale, clean and very nice hotel.

The toilet flapper had a slow leak which made the tank refill about every 15 minutes to half hour. I let the desk know so maintenance can fix it. Also, someone nearby me was smoking I. their room. I could smell it in my room and I’m allergic to cigarette smoke do I sneezed quite a bit. Told the desk about it do they could follow up. Both were minor issues.

Disappointed

the Hotel is very clean

Assured a quiet room 4th floor king suite, and then the put the most rowdy group of people next room over. Horrible night, walls so thin. I expressed my displeasure at check out, was asked why I didn’t call front desk at 1 am. I explained the way things are now in society I didn’t want trouble for us. I am very confident that whoever filled the rooms could of taken just a few minutes to see that maybe a different room for either of us would of been better choice. There were several people in the other party and much younger than us (seniors). such a waste of $200 for us for a nice quiet getaway after 42 years of marriage.

Love this place 100 percent

Everything, if I could give them more stars I would. Every person at this hotel deserves a bonus. They work so hard to make your experiance great. They have a passion for their hotel and thier guest. I only worry that saying this will make it harder to get a reservation again because I will always book with them when coming back.

Honestly nothing and I always try to give a fair evaluation of these things. Again great people and hotel. Even the room met all my needs and comfort.

Lovely stay

Very comfortable, clean, quiet, all staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed! Breakfast had a great variety to choose from, different hot main every day. All the fresh foods were kept stocked. The kitchen staff were excellent! I enjoyed the breakfast each day! Delightful stay. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn.

I love the staff here. They are so friendly! It's nice and clean.

The beds are my only complaint. Very uncomfortable to me but I still stay here every time I'm in town because of the staff!

Loved the free shuttle! I was traveling for business and they were great about taking and picking me up each day. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Good breakfast. Pool area is nice.

The weekend/evening front desk weren't as helpful or accommodating, but still friendly. The location isn't very walkable, but you have the shuttle, so all good!

The staff are so kind and helpful on all shifts. Very accommodating. There is a shuttle to and from the airport and around the area! Very convenient.

I will never stay at that hotel again!!!!

We booked our room on 12/4 and when I called to to check our reservation on 12/24 they told me they couldn’t find my reservation, I had a confirmation number and the reservation said it was confirmed. The person that I talked to at the hotel told me that they would honor the price of the reservation. He said that he would leave a note for the desk to let them know that we were coming in and to honor the reservation. When we arrived there was no note, the desk person didn’t know anything about the reservation, he called his manager and told them that we had shown him that we had a confirmation number and that we had shown him the email confirming our reservation. They wouldn’t honor our reservation and charged us $152 for the room and with tax it came to $179.95, when our reservation said it was $123.44 including taxes. I Will NEVER STAY AT THAT HOTEL AGAIN…that is no way to treat your customers!!!!!

Great hotel with awesome food and unbeatable price!

The room was spacious with 2 queen beds for my family of 3. The breakfast service was great and I especially love their large dining area and the fact that they provided lysol wipes to wipe down the surface. They even provided disposable gloves that you can wear to grab the thongs. I felt very safe during this pandemic era. The choice for breakfast was very good and healthy with fresh fruits, milk, yogurt, eggs, and pastry. I also like it when I got a text from the front asking if there is anything they can do to improve my experience!

I should have chosen the top floor since the people who were above us needed a lot of training how to respect others. They were stomping the floor late at night. I filed a complaint but there was no improvement. I guess there is nothing else the hotel could do about it.
