All and all it was a great getaway!

The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs! I really liked it there! I felt right at home! Thank you! I’ll be back!

The gym equipment wasn’t up to par. They need fixed or replaced.

The location was great to go to stores where we could walk. We loved the patio where we could hang out in the evening hours. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were very spacious.

Breakfast was not kept full with hot food. We had bagels, muffins and coffee and people were all complaining about NO hot food to eat. And very little of everything else too. When asked about it after searching for a staff member, the staff told us food was frozen.No apologies. We actually went out to breakfast the following morning. Very disappointed.

It was an ok stay. Just wished we could use the pool more if it were cleaner.

It was centrally located, staff were very friendly, & the beds were very comfortable.

The shower had mold along the edges and the lobby had a musty smell when you walk in. The pool was dirty and very cloudy and there was a light from the pool just floating in the water.

Horrible. I am still awaiting an exception for the cancellation fee. it’s been a week now.

I cancelled the reservation. The elevator was broken of which there is one. I was given a room on the 3rd floor. The staff person refused to say the elevator was broken & that I had to be patient. I waited about 45 minutes & kept trying it. A baseball team & bus driver confirmed to me that the elevator hadn’t been working all day, tried it with me to no avail, & confirmed they had been taking the stairs. The staff did not offer a room on the 1st floor nor did they offer to get my bags to the 3rd floor. The staff person said she would call maintenance but they couldn’t be there until the next morning. I am 65, had a full suitcase & various bags. The stairs were not an option for me so I cancelled or at least tried to. That didn’t go well either as I found out the next day when I called the hotel. my experience was bad from the beginning.

I never stayed. the reservation was cancelled.

There was expired milk in the buffet breakfast No coat hangers in the room I booked for 2adults and 4kids but I only had 2 sets of towels for us all to shower with .. we arrived late and I was unable to reach anyone for more towels The pool water didn’t look clean

Mediocre.

Breakfast was glitchy but ok.bed was comfortable

I called to ask for extra linens for the pull out be and was told I would have to come down to get them. Other hotels would deliver those to your room. Actually when you have a party of 5 most already have them in your closet. This was disappointing. They were understaffed.

Rooms need deep cleaned & painted. Had 2 different Rooms due that issue. Have stayed in lower class hotels that were much cleaner. Holiday Inn should be embarrassed !

Disappointing

Convenient location, nice sized room

The heating/cooling for the room was not good. It was hot even though the thermostat was set for 67/68. It just didn't regulate well and got very stuffy. The unit also made a rattle noise while it was running. The toilet in our bathroom ran constantly. The flapper was too large so it was continuously filling Breakfast was meh.

I spoke to manager Shayna Campbell who is working with Booking.com to compensate me for this inconvenience.

Front desk staff was excellent Kiara and Jenna remained calm while multitasking and doing their best to take care of the guests.

The rooms were disgusting dried food on the floor, I questioned if the sheets were even changed but it was confirmed when I seen different hair on the pillowcases.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, yummy breakfast! Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Overall we had an excellent trip

A bit out of the way from where we were heading (Moraine State Park) but not too bad.

My husband and I cut are trip short and the hotel didn't charge us for the second day even though we didn't leave until dinner time

No smoking rooms very inconvenient going outside for myself I feel if I pay good price for a room there should be an option

Room was clean, worn, but clean. All of the staff I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast bar was good with plenty of options.
