The location of this property is excellent and that’s it. This hotel is sub, Hampton Inn standards, or are the standards

Location is a 10/10! The employees were very personable and helpful, particularly Patrick in maintenance.

This hotel is definitely not up to Hampton Inn/Hilton standards. It was very disappointing. It’s old and tired. The carpeting needs to be replaced, the bathroom didn’t have a fan in it, frequently you were waiting a minimum 10 minutes for an elevator etc..

Nice bedrooms despite constant lift noise, wasteful use of single-use cutlery at breakfast

Bedrooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds, great shower. Location was fantastic. Gym was okay, pool wasn't open.

Very noisy lifts that could be heard all night in our rooms led to a disturbed sleep. Breakfast was not good, few options, not much that was fresh, and not many options for a vegetarian besides toast. Waffles were good though. Although we were appalled by the single-use plates, plastic cutlery and disposable cups which were the only options for breakfast. So, so wasteful and shocking at this day and age, and will be going straight to landfill. Proper, reusable cutlery and crockery should be provided at a bare minimum.

A great and comfortable stay in an excellent location for a good price.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and bedding, I actually took a picture of the mattress tag. It’s that good.

The elevators seemed a little small and were very busy, but there was signage inside giving tips on elevator traffic which was nice and helpful

Breakfast was good. Hotel is clean and convenient for our medical appointments!

The lobby area is small and crowded seeming. The elevators are old and slow with long waits. Entrance from the parking garage is inconvenient.

Breakfast and the Coffee was Soooo good. The Room Was Huge And Beautiful Right Off The Magnificent Mike; Great Shopping; Parking was reasonably priced and the valet guys were Great. Anytime I Come it exceeds my expectations♥️.

Cómodo y muy bien ubicado

El desayuno es variado: tienen panes, cereal, waffles. Para beber tenías café, jugos, leche, agua caliente. El espacio del comedor es amplio y si no encuentras mesas ahí, puedes salir a la zona elevada donde hay más espacios para sentarse a comer. En cuanto a la habitación la cama es grande y cómoda al igual que la ducha del baño. Cuentan con secadora de pelo al igual que champú, acondicionador y gel de ducha.

Lamentablemente uno de los ascensores no funcionaba cuando llegamos. Esto hacía que el desplazarse desde el piso 24 al comedor, en el piso 2, a la hora del desayuno fuera un poco complicado. Podías tardar 15 minutos esperando a que llegue un ascensor vacío. Menos mal el personal fue muy amable en recoger gente de los últimos pisos en el ascensor de servicio.

Beautiful place and best value on the Magnificent Mile-

Staff were great- especially Lynette, and Gabriel. Location was perfect and close to Hop On Hop Off. Room was quiet and very clean. And- the price was better than the others we looked at.

For the price, it’s not worth it! But all in all it was enjoyable due to the positive sides.

Love how it’s close proximity to Magnificent Mile retail stores, tourist attractions, bus, and restaurants.

I dislike being put in a room near the elevator. Walls are thin. You can hear loud conversations next door. Elevator was super slow and always packed when going down. Staff was “somewhat” nice. Not much greetings.

Not worth the price

Great location. Easy walking to a lot of great Chicago shopping and hot spots.

Room were outdated and run down. Didn’t feel very clean, carpet was worn, bottom of bathroom door was splitting and black, bathroom sink faucet got stuck on open and had to call someone to come and fix asap. The engineer who came was nice and helpful.

Room was large and comfortable and in a perfect location for us.

Check in: Staff wanted to charge $50 early check in fee when I had a confirmation for $31. Breakfast: Not enough staff to keep up with breakfast area cleanliness. Price: This was higher than quoted on Booking.com. I am currently waiting on an approx $300 refund from what my bill asys and what was charged to my bank account.

Elevators took up to 1/2 hour to arrive during peak hours.
