Avoid at all cost. DISGUSTING!!!!!

Nothing Avoid at all cost.

Soons I walked in, the door was unlocked and there was McDonald's wrapping..I left my bag on the bed closed when I was in a rush, I called the property saying I left my bag on the bed, I came back my bag was open the place absolutely disgusting, mould all over the walls and bed..I have video's and pictures. I didn't stay there I walked out, never got my money back just the deposit. RAGING ain't the word.

Location was walking distance from city centre and local amenities. Staff were contactable via WhatsApp and responded quickly.

The apartment was specious although unfortunately could have been cleaner. Lightning in communal areas (main stairs) did not work There was a frequent beeping in the building that was a little annoying while trying to sleep.

Most horrible property I have ever stayed.

I was near the centre of the city.

This property was the most awful property I have ever been to. It was dirty and the host who I could speak to by telephone, couldn't be bothered to help. This is the most disgusting property I have ever been to. Broken toilet seat. Broken wardrobe. Broken floor covering. Horrible bed and mattress

Not bad for a central location if ur just looking for somewhere to lay ur head.

Not bad for a spacious studio in town centre with central location and most amenities within close range. Good studio space for a single room. Big dble bed, big flat screen TV, wardrobe, washing machine, desk and chair, iron, stove and oven, microwave, kitchen, fridge/freezer, kitchen utensils ensuite toilet/shower, 2 big bath towels and toilet roll!

Host did not mention broken drawer on the wardrobe, unclear instructions on how to use the stove, lighting in the living room, shower unit, had to look and find where more than one switch was to turn them on to work after contacting the host. Because of the city centre location, expect outside noise from the bars and clubs etc. There was some ware and tear on the kitchen surface that wasn't mentioned and needs patching up but that was a minor if your looking for a central location to stay the night but not too sure about a long stay?

False advertising, property on 2nd Floor yet advertised as "All on Ground Floor", no lift, No Microwave, utensils, toiletries, bed dirty and left unmade from the last person to stay there, bathroom towels dirty tv faulty A complete mess not fit for human habitation, left within an hour of arriving

Did not like a single thing

Everything the cleanliness was the worst I have ever seen toilet and shower were dirty the room stunk like constant gutter the fridge was filthy I only got in the room late night or early hours in the morning you could say the bed was horrendous like there were no springs in mattress shower was broken if I could have paid nothing for it I would thats how bad it was no way the apartment was worth 61 pounds It did not look like anything that had been advertised and would like to get a refund please

Don't rent this place!!

Terrible experience. Germ infested death trap. Had to leave after 1 night and find alternative accommodation.

Dirty would be kind to say. I have never seen anything so disgusting. Also a death trap .. no fire extinguishers and mattresses piled up next to fire exits. The person I was renting this from did genuinely seem to be unaware of the issues so I'm kindly putting this down to a property management issue which may be remedied. In the meantime I'm trying to obtain a full refund.

Easy to get, very comfy, really good location, walk distance to the centre, close to bus stops

There was no key, it was a key pad, host sent me a message with all the details

Everything was fine, didn't have any issues while staying in the flat. Would highly recommended. Really good Location and have everything i needed it

This is scam

This is a scam. I went to the room I found it was rented since last October and nobody replied on the mobile number and no landline number. they asked about a deposit which double the price of one night's rent, unfortunate I have transferred this money and I did not get it back, however. The police internet (fraud ) crime department was informed and there is an ongoing investigation. I hope this information is helpful.

The location was great.

The £80 refundable deposit stated on the property information section is actually £100 and a week later still hasn’t been refunded, I have emailed the host about this but have not received any response yet. The bedsheets were covered in someone else’s hair so obviously hadn’t been changed. The mattress was very soft & uncomfortable, the pillows need replacing as they were completely flat, the duvet was very thin and seemed too small for the bed - I slept on the sofa because of all of the above. My booking specified a ground floor apartment, this turned out to be incorrect and was on the 3rd floor, not great when you have mobility issues but didn’t bother raising this with the host due to only staying for 1 night. The property is supposed to be non smoking but this appears to be ignored by a number of people staying there during my stay.

Unsafe and illegal.

The property is hard to find. There is extremely limited parking on site, you'll be lucky if you can park there. The property states no smoking but there are tenants smoking cannabis in the property evidenced by the strong smell in the corridors. Past reviews also state this amd yet hasn't been dealt with. There are no fire extinguishers in the property which is a huge fire risk for a residential block and is also illegal. The stairs are very steep with no elevator. There is exposed electrical wiring in the room from smashed sockets. No toiletries provided even though stated on the website. There is no free WiFi even though stated. There is WiFi throughout the building but its locked and no WiFi code is provided. The room is extremely dirty with damaged walls, sockets and appliances, no locks on the bathroom door and evidence of forced entry. The TV signal is very poor. Room 14 is nothing at all like the pictures shown on the website and is in extremely poor and dangerous conditions. So hope you don't get that room.

There was no parking the flat was up many fligbts of stairs no lift i explain to women before i had bad lungs but she never mentioned if was at the top of building dirty hallways derolict wharehouse looks like ur the only one there dark corridors with flashing green light on arival flat was freezing sofa ripped matress full of burnholes i slept on shabby sofa and left the next day filthcookerdirtyplease see my photos i strongly advise against booking this property and i have proofto back up my reveiw

Budget room. Very noisy. Not clean.

Location was good. No parking on site but car park literally 2 minutes walk away. Staff were helpful via booking messages.

Dirty. Had not been cleaned from previous stay, bin full. No toilet roll, soap, washing liquid. No microwave. Dirty bedding and floors. Noisy area, would not stay as a solo traveler

Basic accommodation, short stay

Location very central and convenient price.

I originally booked a ground floor flat because I have bad back and it would have make my stay easier. For some reason (a leaking issue) I was "upgraded" to a 2nd floor flat without me knowing it until late hours of the night before when eventually I got my messages replied (I was still waiting for check in details). When I expressed my concerns (owner confirmed there was steep stairs and no help to carry my stuff after 3.30/4pm) I got asked to cancel and get refunded as she didn't want me to get hurt (I couldn't be there in time to use the cleaner help to carry my stuff) and I wasn't happy with the new arrangement. Funny as by then, 22.00 after 2 busy days at uni, I should have find another place for the day after...just like that. Hmmm, seriously? We then agreed in me stay at the new 1 bed flat (originally was a studio) with free parking (originally not available and at £6 per day) again funny it became available, isn't it? Now, I eventually checked in at 5ish of the day after, as per plan. Definitely struggled to get my case upstairs, but I knew it would have happened. Entered the flat, very basic, cleaning not very up to standard, for such a basic place, in my opinion should be quite easy to keep it clean and it could be a very nice flat with some more attention. Bedroom was ok, although it would need a proper curtain not just a missing panels blinds, defo could do with a table lamp. Clean bed linen, mattress nearly to the edge of poking springs. Bathroom was ok, surprisingly cleaner then the rest, shower was good with both pressure and temperature, missing rubber washer made the hose leaking but I still had good showers. The worst of all was having loud, misbehaving, smoking (any kind of..) youngsters as nextdoor neighbors until late hours. Smoke coming through the bathroom vent. Temperamental WiFi, soon sorted calling the owner which gave me chance to use other connection within the building. Sorted.

Very central location..but there are other options at similar price.

Grubby look and feel..outdated and pictures are not realistic. I stayed in Flat 11. Beware of steep stair case. No parking available as it's on a "subject to availability" which is not clear in the description. Noisy. Couldn't get TV to work.
