All in all it was a very nice hotel.

It was very comfortable. Bed and pillow very nice. Loved having coffee and on every floor. Location was convenient.

The one big negative was the lighting in the bathroom. It was absolutely dark in the shower. The light switch for the bathroom was well outside the bathroom. Lights over microwave were dim, though at least there was a makeup mirror.

We loved this hotel! I requested a quiet room away from the elevators, and they actually honored my request. Our room was super-quiet, and because it was the corner room at the end of a hallway, it was huge. We also appreciated the guest pantry on our floor, well-stocked with coffee, tea, water, and snacks.

Breakfast was expensive, but we knew that it would be. Blueberry pancakes were great, though, and we liked not having to leave the hotel in the morning!

We had an issue with the A/C in our room. When it was clear that it was not a simple fix, we got moved to a better room. I didn't even have to ask for this

centrally located, nice facility, good gym, clean

parking cost was over priced especially given the room prices. doors to the rooms were very heavy so slammed loudly if you didn’t hold on to them to close them gently.

Location was great.

Room was too hot. Maintenance turned on the AC which kept turning on to cool the room. Odd fix. Room was okay. Would have appreciated a comfortably chair.

Superb

On arrival in our car the welcoming valet service led by Dawn Darling that days was exceptional. Not only did she great us with a fantastic welcome she went out of her way to give advice on good places to visit and eat . Going up to check in the welcoming was equally great . Hotel was so clean and location was ideal . The staff at this hotel are a credit to the hotel. Thank you guys we will be back .

Would stay again.

The room was spacious and charming. I liked the 'pantry' on the floor for 24 hour coffee, water dispenser, and free fresh fruit and snacks. The location was fine for access and quiet. It was a little further away from 'downtown' than I had realized.

Room should have had a safe. That is my one and only suggestion for improvement.

room was very small, felt like a shoebox. not like pictured. customers should know that a court side room means you hear all the noise in the courtyard. guests coming in at midnight woke us up and hung out in the hall

Very good

great location - you can walk to tons of bars and shop and restaurants. the hotel has a wonderful area in the back with fire pit. food was great and all around everything was wonderful.

It is much nicer in the off season

Comfortable, clean, and good location. Nice that they have bottled water and coffee on each floor. The bar was nice for a glass of wine after working all day.

Bathrooms need some attention. The shower control would slip back and would change the temperature of my water. The flush on the toilet malfunctioned my second night. Told the cleaning staff and mentioned when I checked out, the front desk staff was not especially apologetic. I hope they plan upgrades in the near future Parking is pricey.
