Nice try, but it is not enough.

The owner (Erin) was really nice and tried her best. Also the tours that we had planned to do were pretty close to the property, so we reached the meeting points by foot. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

The pictures on the website were absolutely different from what we found in reality. The facilities are too old and the linen is of very poor quality and saw better days. The mattress was apparently of the same quality, so uncomfortable. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Erin prepared each day a single dish, whether you liked it or not. No options. There were no bread, butter, pastries, fresh veggies or other elementary items.

A wonderful experience- All the way!

Wonderful experience! The hosts treated you like dear friends. The accommodations were really super. Private, quiet room and lots of space. Parking was off street and dedicated. Breakfast was fantastic- Every morning! I would highly recommend the Chadwick and our hosts to all. Sincerely, David Koffs

Hidden gem for an adult only stay in Portland!

Erin was extremely friendly and helpful. Ready to answer any questions and make recommendations. She made us a wonderful breakfast that was different each day of our stay. The bed was very clean and comfortable, as was the bathroom. It was a very nice place.

Our room at the front of the house was noisy because its right next to the hospital parking lot. There are only blinds not curtains so your up with the sun whether you want to be or not.. A white noise machine is provided as is a fan to help with the noise, but curtains could have helped with the sun in the am..

Exceptional

We loved our stay at the Chadwick bed and breakfast. Our room was very light, well-appointed and tastefully decorated. Our host, Erin was delightful. They make good use of modern technology to keep you informed and provide easy come and go access. For breakfast, we were served a delicious savory crepe with fresh fruit. Lots to do and see in and around Portland. We would highly recommend this wonderful, centrally located b&b.

Incredibly comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom with a lovely shower, owner was so so friendly, breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend.

One night in Portland

We were tired and hungry from the drive. When we arrived we were greeting by the innkeeper, her daughter and dog and welcomed with snacks and drinks, which were appreciated. The room was a bit tight but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom across the hall looked brand new and it was private. In the room was a tv to relax with little veranda. The owner thought of everything to make you comfortable including the delicious breakfast of blueberry pancakes in the am! We would definitely come back!

The parking was a little tricky to fit 4 cars but all in all it worked
