Terrible experience

Absolutely nothing because they didn't let me enter the place even if I had my reservation and had already paid

The woman at the front desk was too rude, I showed her my reservation, I showed her my receipt, she didn't let me enter the place, she said I had to make do with those on the website, they didn't refund my money, they practically robbed me

I could smoke in my room

It dirty walls coming apart from the floor the towels look like they had been used and not washed

The manager is rude as ever! The room was nasty , lights switch didn’t work and when you showered it filled tub with water dad! 😡😡

my stay was horrible my child didn’t even want to sleep because she was uncomfortable with the conditions

The staff were friendly

The rooms were dirty even had mold and ceilings cracked in bathroom it took 24 hr to give me a “better” room . I even left before my check out day because it wasn’t pleasant … still haven’t received my refund

pay a few more dollars for the next level up and skip this one.

The people were really great and the location was good.

It was just gross. I mean visible poop and/or blood stains on the sheets. I am not picky but this one was hard for me.

Just don't know about it

I liked that we didn't hear gunshots like at the other place we stayed oh and the doors locked

I didn't like the drug deals happening in the parking lot and the people that was in their car when we pulled in one of the nights we were there was still awake and in their car when we left the next morning with trash all around their car

Poor service, dirty hotel, many things broken, no smoke alarm, stink bugs in the room

Location was fine

Stink bugs and mold in the bathroom, no smoke alarm, holes in the walls, the lock on the door did not work, toilet paper holder was broken. Bathroom fixtures were broken. Room was not ready at 3 PM, had to take a different room.I brought these to the attention of the person working at the front desk and they paid no attention to me. We ended up leaving a night early, not going to sleep with stink bugs in the room. I am sending a letter to choice hotels and I have pictures of all the things mentioned above.
