The stay was comfortable, the property could use some small repairs (light switch in the living room, garage door chain)

The size was great along with the pool and hot tub. The community center pool and hot tub was an added bonus. The master bedroom was very comfortable. All questions directed at the management company were replied to almost immediately (Lisa).

The twin beds were not attached to the head boards and squeaked every time a person moved. The queen bed was saggy in the middle and uncomfortable. The kitchen table and chairs were very wobbly.

The house was a perfect size for our group. The neighbourhood was quite and well cared for.

The bins are in need of a good disinfectant, they were overflowing with dirty nappies when we arrived and it was disgusting. The WiFi is so poor ye should definitely get a new provider, ye are paying for a service that's almost none existent. TVs in the bedrooms would also be a welcome addition. The mattresss on the beds were some of the noisiest I've ever come across, just to turn over would wake the other person in the room with you.

24 hrs before check in, we got an urgent message that address of our property was changed to another one…in Davenport, 10 miles away from the “property address” listed on bookings.com. this 10 miles farther from Orlando attractions, airport and other activities we planned for the time of the visit. more traffic every day, multiple times a day, more tolls. In additional, due to pure negligence, and closed on weekend for not urgent matters like that. lack of any service, we got correct Wi-Fi password only on 3rd day of the stay. we are civilized people who are familiar and American system of plumbing, and had issues of the bathrooms after 2 days of use. we were told that plumber cost will be charged to us. why to us if the plumbing issues clearly already had existed in the house? we were only 5 people occupancy of 8 this house is supposed to handle. will never ever ever ever stay there again. compete scam of a location.

Very disappointed with the condition of the house and the location.

The air conditioning was not turned on and it got very hot in the house most days. There were multiple stains on the carpets and dirty child size hand prints on the walls. The refrigerator top shelf was not in place There was a few cracks in the walls and ceiling and the molding along the floor in the kitchen was missing. The tv in the living room was very small and did not have enough channels on cable. I would definitely NOT recommend this to anyone.. Also, some one parked in our driveway without asking.

fab holiday, everything you need, plenty space

was in a nice gated community, there was plenty of space and it had everything we needed. games room was fab, pool area was clean and well kept.

it was a little bit dated in some places (master bathroom primarily) and the neighbour at the back was very loud, which would have been ok but we have young children and he used profanities extensively extremely loudly!!

This property was amazing 🤩 we loved 🥰 the pool 🏊‍♂️ it was super clean and super big and beds comfortable , it had everything we needed and more .We will definitely stay here again 🙌🏻🏝🏡

The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

There was no laundry detergent or dish soap with sponge. Very minor thing but it would have been good to have.

The size and pool was nice.

House wasn’t ready at time promised. The pool enclosure was damaged and bugs were a problem. There were ants in the kitchen. The tub wouldn’t drain when taking a shower. The remotes had no batteries and none of the clocks worked. The house was to warm, ac set to high. Lock box so couldn’t adjust. Fans and lights didn’t work properly for everyday use. The house was much further from Disney than advertised. Complained about with no empathy or attempt to rectify. Lots of excuses

Excellent 4 bed villa

It's conveniently located in a gated community about 30/40 minutes from Disney and Universal parks,plenty of places for grocery shopping Walmart/Target and outlet malls(Orlando Premium Outlets) are only a short drive away. There's a Burger King, Taco Bell and KFC about 500 yards away.

Pool was good . Clean and large.

Out of the four bedrooms only master bedroom had a TV and it was very small. This house would be perfect if the TV in the master bedroom was larger and the other bedrooms had TVs

overall we loved the house and enjoyed our stay.

The neighbor kept calling the police on us. We had no music playing and weren’t loud. literally just my 6yr old was in the pool. The police were even confused when they came. Yet a few houses down they were partying loud as ever until 3-4 am and didn’t have the police called.

The pool was ok

The distance when I booked I had asked for a house in Kissimmee and I was sent to Davenport it took me at least 30 minutes on a good day to get to the attractions every day, Wi-Fi worked only on the first day, dishes were dirty beds were the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever had couldn’t possibly get a good night of sleep!

DONT STAY HERE

The location and the pool but you had to pay to heat up the pool.

It’s was false advertising, what I paid for wasn’t what I got they gave me the address a day before so I couldn’t change my mind or cancel reservations.The pictures are NOT THE HOUSE YOU SEE FOR RENT, there was roaches and ants in 1 of the rooms and ants all over. The house I payed for was in Kissimmee FL and got a house in Davenport FL without any notification. No communication with the renting people. 2 out of 3 bathrooms were clouged the beds were REALLY HARD TO SLEEP ON. The CARPETS NEED DONE URGENTLY AND THE ROOMS NEED A MAKE OVER.

Overall the stay was good we had a good time and the kids really enjoyed the private pool.

The neighborhood was quite and the private pool was nice . The house came fully stocked with extra towels and blankets.

The hoa rules are very strict just make sure you go over everything with your host before your stay.

Lovely home

The house was very big for 7 people we never heard are kids at all! The house was clean and the neighborhood was great!

It was 30min from the attraction but that was fine the traffic was busy. They also cut the grass every other day early.

It is well located close to everything but the air conditioning is set for a temperature of 76 degrees I could not sleep in the house I slept 3 nights in the rented mini van with my family the heat was horrible the pool was green they had to give it maintenance before one arrive
