it was ok unit was dated but clean 8/10. about 30mins from the parks.

quiet neighbourhood

not what I expected based on the photos that I initially saw but they said there was fine print somewhere that stated it would not have been the place they advertised.

for the price you it’s a fair unit.

the pool area was great! food and beverages alittle pricey but nice that u didn’t have to leave resort, staff was friendly. townhome was nice and roomy, but not what was pictured in add.

what was pictured in add was not what u stay in, beds are not comfortable, this particular unit needs updating, and not very clean.

not super clean inside the townhome, the bathtub was plugged and it was listed as being in Kissimmee but was actually in Davenport.

the property was clean.

We were lied to us the description clearly says town homes. When we got there we realized it was an apartment complex we had to stay in the 3 floor I have a son with walking difficulties. I wouldn’t have booked there if I was aware but all the give you is the office address. I was given the address until 1 day before. So we couldn’t really cancel. Also, the description clearly states the “townhome is in Kissimmee but in reality the apartment complex is in Devanport further out than we wanted. Anyways apartment was clean and quiet.

Very good

Lovely and clean. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Decent location in nice neighbourhood and felt very safe.

A, little bit dated. Pool was too cold to use and extra charge to heat it up is at least $200. Wasn't the house cm that we chose on booking.com but was same size etc.

misleading!!

The appartment was not clean and very filthy. My entire family got sick from the dust After we paid the fee for the appartment we learned that an additional $313 had to be paid to the resort. Why not mentioning that from the beginning? The apartment was very basic and old furnitures. Not impressed at all!

The pool close to early Way way too early and not enough smoking Areas and then you have to go outside late at night to smoke me being a woman I did not like that.

Property is NOT the same as the pictures !!

Had issues with the AC and opening the door so we needed to call them and the person on the phone was very kind and helpful, sent someone to fix the ac the same day . even though we didn’t receive the house posted in the pictures the condo itself was nice enough , spacious and clean . Nice little street with restaurants right next to the apartment, about a 5 minute walk - has a publix, Irish bar, Latin cafe, ihop , nail salon , barber.

The property looked nothing like the pictures at all!! This needs to be updated to include all properties you might receive or it needs to be written somewhere in bold that you could receive a random apartment that looks nothing similar to the pictures I read in a previous review that they own multiple properties but the place itself is not posted in the pictures at all except for the bathroom picture , the furniture was Mediterranean old style type and looked nothing like the furniture shown. The property we received was fine and I didn’t want to ruin our vacation so we just accepted it but I don’t understand why they don’t just make separate posts for each property rather than giving you a random apartment that looks nothing like the pictures , they post pictures of the nicest house they have and then give you a random apartment . The apartment/ condo we received was further than the address posted . Still an OK area but it was further than the post specified and we had to drive a lot to go there from the airport, Disney universal etc

It was decent but I would never book this place again.

Having a door code was nice. Also the size of the place.

There were ants and bugs everywhere in the condo, the place was completely different then the place we booked. The pictures were totally different then advertised, even the pictures of the outside of the building. The fridge barely worked the first day but then it started freezing everything. Also it was way farther from Disney then advertised.

Kisses near Kissimmee

The location was quiet and upscale. It is very well decorated and had everything we needed for our vacation. My life revolves around vacationing and traveling. I would definitely recommend staying here and would again myself. It's ideal for a large family as each of the 4 bedrooms are on each corner separated with rooms between. We never heard each other which is perfect for a relaxing time. Kitchen was full of cooking supplies and amenities were updated. Within 15 minutes of Disney and within a minute of a grocery store, restaurants, and gas station. Super clean. Super safe!

The windows has plantation blinds that don't block out the lighting and at night it was difficult to sleep. We were able to use a blanket to block out the lighting issue to work around the brightness but room darkening curtains would of been preferred.

Open plan space

The overall condition of the house fine, the TV work for a week and we struggle to get it going again. Different sets of cutlery and crockery was not enough for the amount of people in the house. We couldn't operate the garage door from the outside because the outside control could not work. The pool area was under construction and could not be used.
