Nice clean Hotel

The rooms were very clean, okay the bathroom surprisingly it's actually roomy and clean, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast is held as a buffet at the President Hotel, however you don't feel the plates they do have servers that do that. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, toast, bagel, many danish, cereal, juice and coffee. Location was perfect. Closer to our shops, close to Walgreens, one block away from the beach, block and a half away from Starbucks, and again a block and a half away from the famous South Beach strip. I have to do is just walk down a few blocks and you're the famous beautiful Miami Beach area there of South Beach.

That we didn't get the option to use the pool because it was raining and they had it closed.

Short but sweet visit to Miami

Breakfast was delicious. Only wished they had a hot cereal option and Turkey bacon. But food was hot and ready.

The rooftop pool was smaller than I thought but it was nice to get a dip on a hot day in Miami

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z tego hotelu. Świetne pokoje, super lokalizacja i fajna obsługa.

Śniadanie wystarczające, typowo po amerykańsku, ale smacznie i nie brakowało, a to najważniejsze w tym budżecie.

Hermoso con ruidos molestos

Siempre olía bien, el desayuno contundente, muy buena atención del personal, a una cuadra de la playa, muy bonita habitación y zonas comunes. Piscina muy bonita y cómoda tambien.

Las habitaciones "económicas" (que no tienen nada de económicas) están ubicadas junto a las salas de mantenimiento, por lo que escuchas día y noche un motor muy fuerte y molesto (que no permite dormir bien). Y tiene poca aislacion de ruido al pasillo. El desayuno es contundente y variado pero todos los días es lo mismo (huevo, embutido, pankes, pan, yogurt y ceral, café y otras bebidas). Ya al 7mo día no quieres comer huevo con tocino otra vez jaja La habitación no tiene closet por lo que es difico mantener el orden.

It was fine.

The location was great and the hotel was clean.

Breakfast was uncooked and times were terrible. The room was the smallest I’ve ever seen. The rooftop pool was the size of a baby pool, staff needs additional training and smile on occasion. Sheets were too thin on bed, we went out and bought our own cover. Room was only cleaned 1 during our 5 days because we caught the cleaning lady outside our door.

My Son made a mistake on the dates when he made the booking. We intended the 16th of July, and reserved for 18th. When we arrived we clearly canceled that booking. Then reported it to booking.com website. Explaiined what happened. they replied it was reported to President. They said there would be some fee for this, but indicated it would be $30. But the hotel charged us the full fee, and send this riduculous questionaire about how our stay was? Please refund the balance due us less the $30 fee.. Tom Pinkham

We did not want to leave we felt very Presidential during our stay!

Location to Lincoln Road Mall, beach and parking. Excellent staff customer service. Pool amenity. Room was well thought out and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely!!

No in room coffee.

Location was easily accessible and most things were within a reasonable walking distance from the hotel. The room was very comfortable and the AC in the room made it nice and relaxing after being in the sun all day

Room had a whole wall of mirrors.

Highly recommended

Very confortable bed, big room with all you need (even iron). Good and various buffet breakfast. The swimming-pool on the rooftop is pleasant (we’ve been every morning and it was not crowded). The location is excellent. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets … everything.

We really enjoyed everything but note that if you stay at President Villa, it’s not the main building so you need to go the President hotel building, just besides, to have breakfast and to check in/out. And the lift was out of order when we arrived. But it was fixed the day after (just too bad, we needed to carry the luggage in the stairs).

Superb

The location was amazing. Everything was in walking distance. The beach was less than a block away.

The only thing that was disappointing was the pool. I was expecting something different from what was shown on the pictures.

October 7th the hotel charged through Booking $505.03, amount we agreed. For my surprise and so upset and angry, I found a charge October 18th with the credit card they requested as deposit for $680!!! there is only a name for this: the hotel staff is a thief! i want my money back!!!

Don’t bother booking a balcony room. The view is basically to an alley where everyone will be able to see you - 0 Privacy !
