Not our first choice.

Near the ocean. The room were a good size however there were lightbulbs missing, floors were dirty, disgusting, towels were stained. The guy receptionist named Kevin was very polite good guy. Lots of Meths heads, drug addicts hanging around. Overall iffy place.

Both entrances for the stairs were closed off. That's front and back entrances so you could only use elevator. They painted both set of stairs so it was definitely a safety issue. The front area floor by the elevators had sticky stuff all over it like a chemical very nasty. You had to try and walk over it. The parking entrance to the place was also sealed off just enough room to drive one vehicle in at a time.So you had to make sure no one was coming towards you in another vehicle . It's pretty much a joke when they tell you there charging you a deposit for damages or stains when the place has damages and they give you stained towels. And they ask if your a smoker and they have tables outside the rooms with crackheads or methheads hanging out for crying out loud. Hmmmmm Also they had workers using xylene without any protection and poured it into a plastic bag while customers were walking by. No protection for themselves or customers. Very hazardous. Also spilling in on the sidewalk and ground.

This hotel should be condemned by the city!

The pool was okay

There was no running water when we arrived, no hot water for 3 nights, no running water during the day bc they were trying to fix a water heater, the staff lied to us many times saying it was fixed and to wait for it to warm up, the room was disgusting, the furniture was falling apart, dirty, and rusted, you couldn’t close the curtains bc the rod was so rusted, every set of blinds were broken and missing slates, no parking available for half the guests, no room service and towels were always “being washed” when we needed them. Also, the sheets were disgusting and stained with brown/red secretions, when we arrived there was running flowing out of the light fixtures next to the lobby, the walls were soft to the touch and bulging- definitely water leaking behind them, and the tv didn’t work in the bedroom. I’d save your money and just pick another beach, all together!

Location was the only thing good about this property.

We had NO hot water for our entire stay!! At some points we had NO water at all!! No communication as to why!! We had to figure that out ourselves!!

Never again at this hotel. The hotel was rundown and unclean.

The bed was comfortable.

Cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. Our room was dirty and smelled of marijuana. Something as simple as some fresh would do this hotel a lot of good.

Nice TV Hot Shower Quiet

Even though the hotel is old and needs updating I can handle that. The place was filthy. Outside was dirty especially with cigarette butts all over the walk ways. I realize this was not created by the hotel but should have been cleaned daily. The room - wish I had gloves and a mask. Nothing was wiped down. Walked over to toilet took some paper and wiped around the lid. Paper turned black and I showed the wife. Big mistake. She fussed at me about being so cheap and not getting a quality hotel. I am glad the lighting was poor in the room. Also, no hot water at sink. Looked underneath and valve was on. Went down to front desk and explained the situation and the young lady said she would text the manager. This was at 5:00pm. I asked was it going to be fixed today and her response was she did not know. It was never fixed and no one made contact with me to even say they were sorry for our inconvenience. When I checked out the next morning the young man did not ask how our stay was. I realize why now. Like asking someone how they are doing and you get an ear full. The bottom line is the hotel stays booked this time of the year due to its half the price of others and it is on the beach. The owner is a savvy to keep the price down and do no upgrades or proper cleaning. They keep their overhead down and make more profit.

Give a raise to the woman that was working that night.

The woman at the front desk that lives on the property deserves a bonus. I don’t know this woman at all. She had a been roughly around 25 years old. She helped me and she’s got a kind heart she deserves a raise.

The view,, close to the beach, And the room had no bugs what so ever.

No security, backup lock on the door needed fixed and the windows and drapes needed cleaned.

What a experience that i will soon not forget.

The staff is amazing! Hospitality is their focus. Every staff I had contact with was friendly and helpful.

That I couldn’t stay longer. Honest if I had to say something I would say that when I used the dryer it could be hotter than it is. That’s it really.

Location was great. Access to the beach was very good. The staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

The property is run down and very dirty looking. The room was spacious and fairly clean. Furniture was outdated and nothing matched. Looked like yard sale items. No phone, clock or hair dryer. This property is not as advertised. It is definitely not non-smoking. Smoking was everywhere and not just cigarettes. They were many large dogs on and in the property. Room was as clean as can be expected at the beach. It was cheap to stay here, but would not stay here again.

nice spot next to the beach , kind staff

right on the beach . gorgeous to wake up to the waves . nice chai latte and hot chocolate / coffee machine in lobby . staff ( with face piercings - can’t remember her name ) was super sweet ( got us extra blankets for sleeper couch , wine opener & internet password , and let me ask questions about the family suite ) all with a smile and positive , sweet attitude . nice pool by the beach ( although too cold to go into this time of year )

you get what you pay for..

bed was comfy ,staff friendly and helpful. side ocean view. spacious room with king bed and walk in shower. ac worked well. tv with cable.chairs and table to sit outside. pool with ocean view deck very relaxing.

mold on shower ceilin and corner walls. dusty dirty ac filters. furniture and bathroom vanity need updating, bathroom wall by shower had a rot hole n it. no coffee machine in room... and the loby does not open for coffee till 8 am and we get up at 6 am ... rusty chairs in room and bottom window pain cracked . outside of buiding chipped peeling paint all over . very un maintained. pool water very cold but clean pool at least. load room neighbors all night and smell of pot all day and night..

French Vibe with a Beautiful view!

It was absolutely beautiful at this property...very French decor n vibe here at this hotel. It was definitely worth the price. But most importantly I felt safe and the staff are top notch in helpfulness and customer care.
