Demands a refund

Hi, this is Adi Amani. I was at your hotel between July 3rd and July 7th, but we were promised a pool at the hotel, according to the reservation, it didn't say that the pool was under renovation and closed. We were expecting to stay at the hotel if there was a pool.

Had a wonderful time.

Love that it was within walking distance of some of NYC main attractions. House keeping made sure that we were ok and had everything we needed.

Front desk could let patrons know that there’s only one elevator for two specific floors such as the 18th and 5th floor. It would help tremendously with the confusion.

Hotel had a great location.

The breakfast option was terrible. We had a choice of tea/coffee, a pastry and a piece of fruit and the breakfast 'area' was the hotel lobby.

The location that is ALL!!!!

I paid almost $1,000 for a two-night stay. They did not even have a chair in the room and it's called the executive class. The coffee machine that was in the room was not even plugged in and I would have had to move furniture in order for me to plug the coffee machine in. I called for assistance because there was no complimentary bottled water in the room and when I called to ask for some, the employee told me that they did not give out complimentary bottled water. Again, I paid almost $1,000 for a two-night stay and could not even have bottled water included. Only after speaking with the manager did they provide me a complimentary bottle of water. The breakfast was a grab and go which was not mentioned online when I booked the room. Besides for the location, this hotel had absolutely nothing to offer. I will never stay at this location again and I would never advise any of my traveling family members or friends to ever stay at such a place. I am very upset that I wasted so much money in a place that did not have anything to offer. This hotel was a complete joke I cannot believe they call themselves The Executive class Hotel. Shame on this facility. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Hotel has many positives for it, and I would, now that I understand its limitations, stay there again.

Location, location, location … the hotel is in the heart of Manhattan, which is what I was looking for …

Several things: One, the hotel elevator broke to Floor 18, and I had to take the service elevator. Also, I signed up for breakfast with the room, and the hotel had no dining facilities. I paid for something I didn’t get.

It’s was ok.

Had issues with the receptionist at the time of checkin, I had paid for my reservation in booking.com and she insisted it was paid for. After consistently insisting that she should double check because it was getting embarrassing she confirmed saying it was an oversight.

old facilities, especially carpet. price doesn’t match with value. will never choose this hotel again, you can choose much better brand chain hotel. very regret chose this one

There are better values in the Time Square / Midtown vicinities.

Paying more for breakfast not worth it. Bathroom nicely outfitted with rain shower fixture but it smells of mildew.

Perfect location and clean and comfortable

location was fantastic, and the bed and sofa were very comfortable!

needed more staff at the front desk. A full mini bar and milk for coffee needed, and tea bags! That’s me just being picky though. Enjoyed our stay.

It was ok for a couple of nights. Plenty of other hotels in the area.

Great Location. Walking distance to Central Park and Times Square. Coffee, Pastry, and a piece of fruit for breakfast. Stayed on the Executive floor. Dedicated lift. Water and Ice machine in corridor.

They had a room ready. $50 dollars for an early check in, Air-Conditioning was inadequate and we slept on top of the bed due to the heat in the room. This was early March. Housekeeping need to check behind the bedside tables. It's filthy with dust. Rain shower was more of a drizzle. Ended up just using the Handheld showerhead.
