Good hotel good location

Staff were amazing the room was huge and very comfortable. The clubhouse was excellent. The bar upstairs was a bit strange didn't really open at normal times?

Bien pero carísimo para lo que te encuentras

Ubicación.

Nos dieron una habitación oscura, sin casi luz natural y que lo que se veia era un mini patio con máquinas de aire acondicionado. La habitación estaba al lado de un cuarto de limpieza y había ruído del golpe de la puerta cada vez q iban a por algo a ese cuarto de servicio Esperaba un lobby lujoso y zonas comunes donde poder leer o estar un rato

The location, the room, the comfort.

They gave me a room that wasn’t like the pictures in the booking.com, but luckily Yussef listened to me and understood the situation and gave us a great room, because that we had a really wonderful stay.

Excellent location. Very nice room. Nice staff.

The doors of the rooms should be soundproofed, as we can hear everything that happens in the hallway, especially the cleaning staff opening and closing the door of the storage room.

The room was great and the bathroom is very spacious. I especially loved the bathtub which fits two people comfortably. They also gave complimentary wine and cookies when we arrived.

Nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is perfectly located between Central Park and lower Manhattan. The hotel staff is very hospitable and helpful, trying to make your stay in the hotel a pure pleasure. This is how service should look like in every 5* hotel!

The guys that are working by the door are great, they are very helpful and friendly. The staff by the reception were good. The room was great. The bathroom was big. The room was cleaned daily.

The bed mattress wasn't comfortable.

The gym was superb: big range of equipment and spacious and clean. When I was there it was 24/24hrs open. The staff was super friendly throughout and personable. The room was spacious and modern decor. Location is good and pretty central. You have lots of good food options nearby but room service is fantastic as well.

It is quite expensive, even for Manhattan. Other than that I truly think this is one of my fav hotels in NYC.

it was really good if I come back to Manhattan I will definitely stay at the Langham

it was right in the centre of Manhattan was a great location.

the hotel bar and restaurant was not great but the staff in the hotel lounge made the stay

A luxurious home away from home!

The staff at the Langham made us feel like family. we felt like we were returning home at the end of RCH day. Jack- the door man was incredible- so kind and warm. we didn’t want to leave!
