Horrible. Horrific. Horrifying.

Absolutely disgusting. Do not go here! Unless u want drugs and prostitution. Teenage daughter and wife were harassed.

Everything! Holes in the walls, ceilings, mold. Drugs. Prostitution. Trash. Exposed electric & elevator: the pictures they use are taken from a different hotel cause they 10000% do not match what is actually there!!!!!!

The staff was friendly and rooms were decent

We booking this hotel because it said it had a pool nothing noted that the pool was out of order. When we arrive nothing was said either. The hotel didn't even attempt to open pool this year. Was completely empty and dirty. We were there with two family and this give the kids nothing to do.

The car break ins, humidity and mold in room as well as the smell in room couldn’t refund it be compd or moved to a different location entirely due to using booking.com to book was scream each night our cat would be next to be broken into or that we too would be robbed in the parking lot EXTREMELY unsafe and had our 17yr old daughter my breathing was so bad the am manager gentleman did give a allergy pill at no cost again this was due to the room issues advertised pool #1 reason we booked here , was told THE POOL HAS NOT WORKED FOR 2Years and isn’t advertised as available showed manager picture on website it is listed as an amenity along with pictures of the pool absolutely livid over that

Absolutely nothing!!

The smell, poor and rough conditions. The walls were dirty the hall ways. The window in room had black mildew around the frame rug was Disgusting. The beds were definitely used. I can go on and on. Ended up not staying and had to go to another hotel 😒

Outstanding hotel with amazing amenities.

The rooms were well equipped and very comfortable. Instead of the traditional airplane bottles of shampoo and conditioner, they had full size bottles mounted to the wall in the shower. Instead of the traditional coffee pot, there was a Keurig machine. The continental breakfast was outstanding during my stay. Biscuits and gravy was available daily. Depending on the day either sausage or bacon, and either scrambled eggs or cheese omelets were available. When my reservation wasn't quite ready, the desk clerk was able to find me a different room to prevent me from having to wait. All of the employees I encountered were incredibly gracious and kind.

The housekeeping was very slow. I'm not sure if it was due to staffing or what the issue was, but on my arrival my original room was still being cleaned at 3:45pm. They were able to get another instead of having to wait, which was completely acceptable since I was rooming alone. I happened to be in my room one afternoon around 4pm when housekeeping arrived to clean, usually housekeeping is done by lunch.

There were so many homeoess people. I had a random stranger sit next to me whom I found out wasn’t even a guest at the hotel but a random individual

Great pricing ,great access for a great visit to opryland.

Our stay was for our visit to opryland. The hotel had quick access to the interstate. I compared prices and for the price and easy transport, this was an excellent option.

The cable tv in our room only had left leaning channels, no fox news ,no country. Asked the front desk, they really didnt understand my question and were not interested.

Disgusting place.

Disgusting. My room had a bug infestation. I cut my stay short and left the room after my second night and after killing 5 bugs in my room. They refused to reimburse me for those nights despite me telling them that I ended up paying $350 to fumigate the bugs in my carry on and clothes. The smell of sewage in the lobby is unbearable. Making things worse is the fact that they serve their breakfast in the lobby where the smell is strongest. I had to report this hotel to the department of health

Definitely not worth the money. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Location

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. When had to wait quite a while to check in as there was no staff member there. Phone was ringing off the hook, no one to check us into the room so we were late to a dinner reservation. Staff member finally arrived she was out getting food. Sounds like they have a staffing issue if she needed to leave the hotel unattended to go eat. The room itself looked like it could use some TLC, not well taken care of, plumbing in bathroom looked like it was falling apart. Women’s restroom in the lobby was locked, she said it was permanently closed (there was no sign on it)

It was comfortable but needs new flooring or professional carpet cleaning and just a little overpric

There were no bad odors. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good except for the eggs. The staff was friendly. The luggage cart was falling apart and the carpets we’re filthy in the e room. They were vacuumed but I wore socks and they were very black on the bottom. Everything else seemed clean enough. It was overpriced for being an older hotel. Max price should’ve been $165 not $209.
