Nice hotel.

Very convenient to get to from the interstate. Lots of restaurants around the hotel.

Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Some of the staff didn’t seem to be to friendly. Heard one staff lie to a guest about not having hot sauce for breakfast condiments, next day another staff came out with a new bottle. Seemed to be lazy in my opinion

We didn’t stay they canceled us

This hotel cancelled our reservation since their elevator broke. They had us on the 3rd floor and my husband had ALS and cannot climb or descend stairs. I better not be charged. Said they did not have my phone number to let us know in advance. Not true.

We were very pleased with this hotel overall and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel seemed very up to date and well designed. The fixtures and furnishings were modern and everything looked well constructed. The pool was also great; my kiddo loved the water feature and wanted to be at the pool more than he didn't.

The breakfast was just OK, but it was free, so we can't really complain. I do wish that they had alternative dairy options aside from just chocolate soy milk and the pancake machine was broken every day except for our last day. That of course resulted in a sad kid.

Clean & Safe

Room was clean, staff was very nice, housekeeping were amazing. Breakfast had great selections. Left phone & wallet in our room by mistake one day. It was still there when we got back.

Superb

The bathrooms were extremely clean and the soap was so nice! The continental breakfast was outstanding and all the staff was super nice!

The beds were super comfortable and made creaked a little! But that was our only complaint!

Great Pool for Toddlers!

The breakfast was disappointing. The last two times we have stayed the pancake maker did not work. The sausage tasted funny. We actually went down and ended up going back to our room and ordered Door Dash breakfast from McDonalds. The staff at the front desk was ALWAYS friendly but the lady working the breakfast bar was borderline rude and acted annoyed by us.

Truly the only thing that wasn't good about our stay was the breakfast. We LOVE the pool area, we love the staff (especially the front desk guy with the beard, I wish I remembered his name) and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel in Rapid City isn't bad but not great. The hotel across from it is shady and that area of Rapid City has gone downhill. The area in the immediate area of the hotel is well maintained and it's great to have Outback right next door.
