Pass on this place. Not worth the price.

The location was nice.

For an extended stay place and the cost of the room, we asked for silverware and we had to pay for it. Then we noticed you had to pay for most everything. Breakfast was there but it was prep packaged foods from a freezer that had to be warmed up and you had to call the front desk in advance to get them. This experience could be someone’s cup of tea but for a one night stay w a family traveling out west, we would pass on this place. So weird! How pays for silverware?

The first room that I was given had indentations on the bed indicating someone was napping on it. The stove burners were disassembled with burned on grease stains on the stove. I was kindly given a different room by the front desk. In the second room, bare pillows were in a jumble on the bed. Since it was late and I didn’t think another room could be any better I got pillow cases at the front desk. When I put the pillow cases on the pillows, I noticed a tear in the duvet. In the bathroom there was soap or toothpaste residue on the sink. I endured the night but canceled the second night. The person at the front desk checked me out but couldn’t cancel or refund the second until the manager came in later. Now I have follow up!

Worn out room and nothing that was advertised was there when I checked in.

No utensils, and not pots or pans. The coffee pot shattered when I tried to rinse it out.

It was a very pleasant end to a very long day.

The room was larger than expected and the full size refrigerator was a plus. The recliner also was a nice amenity. Friendly staff and very clean.

The bathroom floor was sticky.

They advertise breakfast, but said they were having a sourcing problem. No breakfast.

Drug dealers in parking lot, squatters in parking lot, people up throughout the night slamming doors, no breakfast, no parking if you have a trailer, no cups in the room, no ink for printer.

Will not stay again

Breakfast none available. Location only good thing about hotel.

On the front parking lot. Did not like the junky car sitting on jacks and bricks, with wheels& tires removed. Looks tacky. Another persons dirty clothes were inside desk drawer. From all the goings on, I think some of the staff are living in hotel, they were in & out of rooms as if they were living there with children. Some staff members were dressed inappropriate. Trash cans overfilled with trash, carpet felled dirty and grimy, back door entry broken

Very poor

The room didn’t seem like it was clean very well. The kitchen sink was clogged, the towel in the bathroom looked like it was from the previous and they didn’t change it. A broken down car was park there which didn’t make it feel welcoming. I felt like worker staff are bringing family members in their to stay. The whole place seems sketchy and unsafe.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIFIC PLACE!!

The staff was awful; they checked us into a dirty room.

After 4+ hours of being checked into a dirty/not ready room, our beds still weren't made. We were told our brown blankets were still drying?? After 4 hours?? Employee's girlfriend was working the front desk; how unprofessional is that?!! At night, women were sitting in the parking lot by side entrances as if looking for 'johns.' Pretty sure there was drug activity in the parking lot. We checked out after 4 hours of rudeness, unprofessionalism, and our room still not ready. We checked into a different hotel.

Affordable but definitely not a place I’ll come back to next year.

Being pet friendly, fairly clean, and affordable is all the place has going for it.

Stayed there exactly a year ago and the facilities had definitely been run down in a years time. There were only gross utensils and pots to use for the kitchen so you better bring your own. Had a lot of problems with our door latching or shutting all the way. Also when the feet of snow came down really hard, not the parking lot or a single access road to the hotel was plowed.

location that we had a kitchenette and the big coffee pot was a bonus.

we had the room next to the lobby. and would constantly hear water draining above us. like someone washing clothes. and could hear the desk clerk counting her cash drawer.

No breakfast at this location, room wasn't vacuumed tub and sink did not drain (standing in gross water), fire alarm went off multiple times.

My Place is the same at each location. Nice to have the kitchenette with large fridge. It was comfortable and quiet.

While the rooms were clean, the elevator floor was sticky with spills. Very likely they are short staffed like every other hospitality business in the country.

The location was excellent. Free coffee 24 hrs/da was great.

Toaster didn't work. Edging on the counter was falling off. Noisy neighbors in the next room. You could hear all of the noise--walls not insulated sufficienty.

Good place to stay for the price

Room was clean and in good condition. The manager who checked us in late at night was very pleasant and helpful.

We were woken up at 2:30 a.m. when the building fire alarm went off and had to evacuate the building. Frustrating, but not something the staff could do anything about. It sounds like someone may have been smoking near an exit and accidentally it off. Wish they had a complimentary breakfast like other places.
