Smells great, the staff was friendly.

There wasn't anything to be excited about

The hotel is not a family friendly place no to go when you've just lost a family member the night manger is very ignorant and doesn't care for your needs. I asked for a extra sheets because when had a accident i.e. spilled some juice on them and he told me NO because he gave me extra sheets yesterday?? I also gave you money yesterday it's a -zero for me you'll see the so called night manager in my photos

It's a nice place, very clean, but we had trouble with the a/c.

They couldn't find my reservation even with the confirmation number and charged me a great deal different from the confirmation even though I was told by the front desk person that it would be the same.

Skip the breakfast!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Location right off the highway.

The room was clean, but the tub was not. It clogged needs to be updated. Only ice machine on first floor. My wife ate the sausage for breakfast on Sunday, April 23rd, and had food poisoning and did not get better until Wednesday, April 26th. If you do choose this location, do not eat breakfast. The options are few, just go to waffle house.

Good stay for value, easy to get to, nice staff but room- especially bathroom needs updating

Very average.

The breakfast staff was friendly and apologetic for not having no sugar added syrup for the waffles. The breakfast was very good.

The air conditioner in our room had a loud rattle when the compressor came on. The shower/tub did not appear to be overly clean due to the use of dark grout. The drain plug in the shower/tub was broken.

BOOKING.COM BEAT THER WEBSITE RATE AND BW WOULDNT LET ME USE MY POINTS AND PAY CASH

PRICE BEFORE COVID THIS ROOM WAS 100 IM SURE THERE ARE BUSINESS ACCTS THAT CAN STAY AT 100 STILL REGULAR PEOPLE CANT EITHER, I TRIED TO BOOK ON BEST WESTEWR SITE AND USE MY POINTS THEY SAID I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH POINTS AND DID NOT OFFER A REDUCED RATE AND USE MY POINTS, WHEN I LOOKED AT THE REGULAR RATE BOOKING.COM BEAT IT 20 $ SO MUCH FOR MY PREFERED MEMBERSHIP AND POINT USAGE

They have a great breakfast each morning. The staff is wonderful.

I dont care for bathtubs..I like the showers better. The heater in the room made grinding noises all night..
