The property was not the biggest issue it was management.

I dislike how management handled the situation concerning our room because the air was not working properly. We did get another room later that night.

Disappointed and won’t stay there again

close and convenient

Wasn’t allowed an early check in. Bed was hard as a brick. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work and shower rod was held together with duct tape

I was a little far out from when I thought it was when booking. not I didn’t have lots of traffic. there were a few choices to eat but not like a city near Nashville

Affordable and clean

The staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and had everything that's listed in the room I will stay again when I travel through. Cleanliness is something I worry about when traveling and this hotel was nice.It's reasonable at price too.

An unbelievably pleasant surprise for the money.

The breakfast was standard, but the food was good and fresh The room was very clean, no bugs, dirt, hair, mold or stains. The room smelled good, as did the lobby and elevator. We stayed one night, checked in late and left early the next day, so I can't comment on the pool or exercise room. This hotel is located in just the right area for us to stop on our way , and we'll stay there everytime we make this trip. EXCELLENT value for the money!

Temp control in our room was not great. The bed was too close to the a/c unit, which caused the bed to absorb a lot of the warm air . But not a big problem --something we run into at a lot of places. The unit worked well.

Satisfactory accommodation, but overpriced for the location and quality of the hotel.

decent location. nicely decorated and appointed. all features of room were functional.

Way overpriced. Definitely not a $200/night room, but they admitted to jacking up the price due to events that weekend. And then ALSO charged a pet fee! Won’t make the mistake of staying there again.

out of order signs were huge disappointment, the food nearby was awesome!

my room was easy to find, the sitting area outside was comfortable, everyone who works here was super nice. outside front was nicely maintained. parking lot wasn’t super busy. good snack selection and near great restaurants!

the pool, ice machine on the first floor, & guest laundry were out of order, gave me a hard time about my pet saying cat litter was hard to pick up. the room was much smaller than I imagined and did not come with all the amenities it claimed I.e: private entrance?/washing machine. the outside sitting area had a lot of garbage and yellow jackets. broken glass door heading from rear sitting area into hotel. strange rag hanging on wall, misc trash.

We had 2 queen beds and my 15year old child was bitten badly by bed bugs, i was okay.

Staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

There were bed bugs, funky smell, bathroom not so accesible, very tiny room, also there is no water..you have to pay.

The breakfast could have been better. Omelets sat in shallow water I guess in an attempt to keep them from being too dry. I didn't like that.

Very good hotel ill be staying here everytime i go to nashville! its affordable, they don't charge a deposit fee, clean, comfy bed, nice flat screen tv, shampoo and soap smell sooo good and good breakfast! I rlly enjoyed my stay here.

Loved the hotel and would stay there again.

The facility was complete with pool, gym, nice breakfast, nice in room appliances. The sheets were extraordinarily soft!!!! Loved the bed, blanket and linens! They allowed early check-in for a reasonable fee. The room and the facility were both clean and nicely appointed. The room smelled nice upon entry!

The room is very small. The hairdryer didn't work very well.
