Close to boardwalk

It did not look like pictures at all, there were no wall outlets and the curtain was broken when we got there.

I liked how nice the staff were on the property. It was a quick and easy check in and check out. The property itself is close to everything on the boardwalk. The price is cheap compared to other hotels on the boardwalk.

The rooms are outdated. The fridge in one of my rooms still smelled like something was rotten in there before.

Would not recommend-not worth the price.

Boardwalk location

Lukewarm water for showers (even after hotel notified), not exceptionally clean, damp/musty smelling in hallways, hallway carpet filthy, constant slamming of doors at night, fire alarm went off at almost 12:00 am (entire building evacuated), stairwells filthy with food and plates.

Nice room, nice location

My daughter liked the pool. We liked how close it was to the boardwalk and the ocean.

The shower made a kind of high pitched noise. We could hear noise from outside, and in the hallway.

great stay very nice place. was not happy about having to pay for my parking. that took a lot of extra money out of the

it was very nice property and stay. staff was very nice. like how close it is to every thing.

there was no parking in the main lot the side lot and the ambassador parking lot. I had to pay right around 100 dollars extra for parking. I did ask the ladies at the front desk about parking and k just got a piece of paper showing the hotel and some parking spots.

convenient to the boardwalk and beach and local shops

no wash clothes constantly had to ask and was told couldn’t get them till next day but they would try to get them from another room

Location is great

Bathroom/shower facilities in the King suites are a safety issue. Really old non-functional whirlpool tubs that are very high/deep with no hand rails. An elderly person would never be able to get into and/or out of the shower. We are in our 50s and it was very difficult. Floors were extremely dirty. White socks and bare feet became black almost immediately after walking on them.

Terrible, I won't be back.

Location was good.

Had the king bed suite, beds were rock hard, pillows were terrible. Asked for fresh linens never got them until I had to go to the front desk. People were smoking in their rooms, hallways were very dirty. Bathroom was dirty looking. Floors in thr room were tile, so with not having housekeeping daily, the sand and dirt made you bot take your shoes off while in the room.

The rooms were clean and huge. Very friendly and helpful ladies and gentlemen working at facility.

Our booking was wrong and took one whole day waiting to be put in the room we booked. So had to handle our luggage 2xs. But they did make it right and made us very happy. Want to say thank you to them. Enjoyed our stay.

Overall good but not excellent.

Location is good . Room maintainance is not so good. Door of bathroom is not properly working . AC is not so good in our room.staff is cooperative. But it is lack of staff . Parking space is not enough . It should be increase.overall not bad but not excellent.

when we got there we didn’t realize we had to let them know at front desk earlier for housekeeping, so the next day we told them after attempting to call front desk for an hour and no one would answer the phone. the next day we found out they not coming around 3 pm we didn’t even get towels or anything if we don’t go to front desk and ask for things. the housekeeping people were nice however was very hard to understand us. the room had ants and we saw a big bug as well and we have told housekeeping but they didn’t understand us. the kitchen had no frying pan or anything also the fridge was small with no freezer. the poolside food was great however the pool is smaller then I thought and didn’t fit enough people.

thanks, but not staying here again

size of the bathroom was nice and the staff was friendly

parking sucks! no towels to shower with even when I asked at front desk. told me no one was in to wash them till 9am the next day. when having my room “cleaned” trash wasn’t emptied, floors weren’t cleaned, no towels. supposed to have 2 TVs. only one in room.
