I like that it was close to the beach.

Didn't like that master bathroom was super small. I bumped my arm a few times in the shower. The bed was squeaky. There was a soft spot in the floor in the hallway and the chair in the livingroom was a little worn.

Bed in master bedroom was broken, bathroom in master was horribly small, coffee pot didn’t work properly, couch severely worn and uncomfortable , unit smelled musty, horrible Wi-Fi, if you connected one laptop the cable wouldn’t work on either television, upstairs neighbors sounded like they would come through the floor, shower floor in master was very soft

1. Ice maker didn't work 2. Had trouble with TV channels 3. The cost to use washers and dryers I spent over 20.00 on washing and drying I was in Building E and the dryer #1 did not ever get hot Towels never got dry I had to hang them to dry. 4. Could not understand why we could not smoke out on the balcony, it is outside it took away from the vacation relaxation having to go down to the picnic area. I did not have a problem not smoking in the rooms. 5. It wasn't as updated as I expected for the price

Nice view, kitchen nice, comfort and cleanliness not the greatest

The beds very uncomfortable, the pullout couch had springs coming out and was extremely uncomfortable, the floors were very dirty, could feel it on your feet when walking barefoot and after walking in the apartment the bottoms of our feet were dark brown.

Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Location was great. It was quiet and condo proper was clean and well maintained.

The guest shower doesn’t really come on all the way, so it fills up the tub while the shower is on. We ended up only using the shower in the master bedroom. The master bed mattress could be replaced. You kind of roll to the middle and the box spring is squeaky. The master bath is really small but it was useable.

This apartment was not in an adequate state for renting.

The location

The TV in the living room did not work despite a helpful technician trying to fix it. The refrigerator ice maker was broken and there was no ice tray, The coffee maker did not work, The sink stopper in one of the bathrooms did not work. The lighting level was too low in the living room to read. There were three chairs at the counter between the kitchen and the living room but they were too low and one was broken. There was grit on the floors. One of the doors on one of the kitchen closets was almost falling off. Several light bulbs did not work. An electric socket in the main bedroom was not adequately secured....

Overall we had a good stay and ocean view

I liked the area and the curfew time. I enjoy the balcony.

Light on balcony need change, and light in hallway need change and TVs need to be bigger. The master bathroom is too small.

Exceptional

Location right at the beach. Quiet family-oriented part of Myrtle beach. Not exactly North Myrtle beach but provides the comfort and quiet environment of North Myrtle beach. Highly recommended. My family will surely return to this unit.

Superb

It was beautiful very spacious.

The master bedrooms bathroom was too small; not enough room. Also the master bedroom slide door that led to the balcony would not open.
