Never again I have more photos

We were moved from Shores of Panama to the summit due to no air conditioning. Room temp was 78 degrees on arrival and when we moved within 24 hrs of arrival. The space was much smaller, fewer amenities, bathroom went from 2 full to 1 1/2 and toilets were literally side by side separated by door. dirty floors, not updated at all and no compensation on being moved or difference in quality of space.. Had to pay resort fees at both locations. Very disappointing. This was our 10 yr anniversary vacation. The bed was small and not comfortable at all. Woke up sore. Even tried to sleep on the pull out couch but that was worse.

See above. Old, dirty, outdated, and very uncomfortable bed. Didn’t feel safe. Pot everywhere, security very relaxed slowing people in with no wristbands, uncovered parking

Worst vacation ever

The room was ok

All the creeping employees that was constantly spying on you the parking deck was terrible could not find parking spot on check in day was a little after 6 pm and no one could get us our arm bands and parking pass and was treated like we were in a prison the elevators were absolutely ridiculous and the chanting on the beach at night and while we were on the beach the second night we were metal detecting and all the kids were fighting in front of the condo and only a few feet away from them one of the pulled a gun and shot at one of the people in the group it has been the worst vacation we have ever had never again

Perfect!!!

Our condo at the shores was very well kept. It was supplied with everything we needed for our stay, and then some. We didn’t go without a thing! It is a place I would definitely love to stay again if available. We were beyond pleased!

Overall Great experience

Loved that it was right on the beach and it’s accessibility to so much of the other tourist attractions.

The room didn’t keep any extra paper towels or toilet paper. Things you’d think they’d have supplied. One of the main front desk staff was rude and acted like it was a major inconvenience to stop what she was doing to help me with my questions.

Never Again

The staff were pretty friendly, but prior to the trip I sent several emails with questions and never got a response

21st floor in a resort that is extremely overcrowded. $50 parking garage fee is a ridiculous price to pay for such madness. Not once able to park in the spot I paid for because someone else parked in it. Elevators are the worst I’ve ever experienced it. There is a sign encouraging visitors to use the stairs lol it says “your body will thank you”. When your 21 stories up it won’t! Rooms were kind clean. Just in deep need for renovation. Bed was sunk in so bad we went to Walmart across the road and purchased an air mattress to sleep on. We ended up checking out 2 days early and leaving our vacation to salvage what time we had left and eating the cost of the stay because this was the worst experience ever for a stay at a resort. I wish we would have read the other reviews on the elevators and parking garage before we booked a room on the 21st floor. This was a nightmare even in October.
