Great location across from the Old Mill District!

Really enjoyed the location and that it was just a short walk to the Old Mill District for shopping and dining. Also really liked the coat rack by the closet, perfect for our winter coats!

The beds weren't the most comfortable.

Great location with clean rooms and good breakfast.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was better than most of these buffet style breakfasts. It was more than continental, there were omelets one morning and scrambled eggs the second. And meats and other things. The location of the hotel was great too. Staff were very friendly too. The front desk day and night clerks were friendly. Easy walk to the river and Old Mill District shopping and restaurants. Just a 15 minute walk north to downtown along the river and through old town. You can do a 40 minute river walk heading south. See photos.

Was very noisy and not very restful

The hotel is a typical Hampton Inn & Suites, which in my experience have always been clean and comfortable. But if you stay at this hotel, be aware that if you book on a Friday or Saturday evening. the hotel is located right next to Hayden Amphitheater as well as a river that people float down. We were not aware of this when we reserved a room for a Friday night rest stop. There was a concert that night and we could hear the music in our room not to mention all the people walking through the parking lot and talking very loudly late in the night (some with their flotation devices). I don’t have a problem with any of those activities, I’m just saying it wasn’t very peaceful and did not make for a good night’s sleep. Also, there was an entrance in the hotel parking lot to a lower parking lot for the Amphitheater parking. There was a lot of traffic coming in and made the entrance to the hotel parking lot a bit of a zoo

The location is great....easy to walk over bridge to several restaurants and the shops.

Lots of good choices Coffee was so much better than what was available to make in our room.

We both had difficulties with the internet connection.

Very satisfying stay in a modern and cleanest hotel you can get

Cleanness. It's the first thing I'm looking at booking a hotel. I don't think you can find a cleaner hotel in Bend. Also modern and in very good condition the entire room and the rest of common areas of the hotel. Looks like a new hotel. We loved everything about the hotel and it's for sure where will stay next time going there.

Great location that is walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and outdoor activities. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We really enjoyed the salt water pool!

Superb

The hotel is new and in good condition. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely finished. I would absolutely stay there again.

The breakfasts were underwhelming. It is always the same in hotels, waffles, powdered eggs, sausage, a couple flavors of yogurt, and some bread to toast. I wish they made something on premises.

It's pretty good.

Breakfast is a bit more generous than in many similar hotels, The location is great. The shopping area is just across the small bridge over the lake. The night view is beautiful. Welcome fruit is provided.

The staff is not enthusiastic enough.
