Everything was nice and clean. Continental breakfast had many options and was very tasty.

It was close to the venue we were going to.

The pillows! Worse pillows I have ever slept on. I had three stacked and it still felt like my head was laying on the mattress.

The place was clean, breakfast good, hot, and staff honored our special request. We’d stay again!

The breakfast was very good, and the staff went above and beyond with our special room request, and then again when we left an item behind and got a call right away. We SO appreciated those special services.

Only 1 thing - I don’t care for barn door bathrooms.

The mattress was a little firmer than I prefer. That is the only thing I can think of.

The elevator by the exit door button 1 for floor one needs repaired I let the desk know. Maybe to have bacon as a choice for breakfast.

Right place to stop for the night close to the highway. Nothing to get excited about.

Right place to stop for the night close to the highway. Slept well. room was clean and everything worked.

Breakfast was adequate. offerings were pretty standard Waffles, cereal and muffins. The little cheese omelettes were rubbery and obviously factory made. Sausage patties were mostly fat and best used as frisbees. Scrambled eggs and bacon would have lessened the prepossessed feel.

The room was nice but staff was not.

The location was nice. It was close to food and everything we needed.

I experienced and witnessed rudeness from several staff members. Housekeeper knocked and came into my room without announcing herself until she was inside of the room, and didn’t even apologize. Morning front desk attendant was also rude.

10 stars if you don’t like soft or memory foam beds

Everything looked great! Pool was a perfect temp! Employees were very friendly and helpful. I booked the room for a family one night getaway. Kids swam for a couple hours and had a lot of fun.

Very uncomfortable bed. I paid for two rooms. 4 out of the 5 of us had a horrible sleep, 3 had physical pains from how uncomfortable the beds were and we were so tired the next day. I’d say the quality of the mattress was as good as a blow up bed. I don’t think I would pay to sleep in a bed that uncomfortable more than one night.

Great stay and Hampton Inn is welcome to offer another extra night as we enjoyed it so much!

Breakfast was wonderful and a quality variety. The room was a great size for my 7 family members - 2 adults and 5 kids. The staff was kind and helpful and the eating area was appealing and clean. Wish we could've stayed another night!

The temperature settings in the room were confusing and hard to figure out. It would've been great to have a cheaper price, but it was worth the value. A hot tub would've been nice, but is not necessary.

The newness of the hotel

The heating/cooling system could not be completely switched off. The fan had only had 2 setting, Hi and Lo hence always making a noise. Room was small and not practical.

They stay was great and we will definitely be back.

Breakfast was great each morning. There was a great selection of foods. One of the guests asked if they had turkey sausage and the pantry worker went out of their way to make turkey sausage for this guest to accommodate their needs. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The room was a nice size and clean.

The bed was on the firmer side. My biggest issue was the pillows. The pillows were so soft they squished down to nothing as soon as you laid on them. It made it very difficult to used them and get a good nights sleep.
