Overall we had a really nice stay!

It was in a very convenient place- 9 minutes away from Helen! It was for the most part quiet and comfortable! The living room, bathroom and kitchen were all nice :) the security of the home was great! The hot water was very nice! The shower and bathroom was very nice too just not for tall ppl under the shower head but overall very nice! The options for movies was really cool and the separate DVDs in the rooms were a nice feature! Overall the visit was very nice!

The house shook easily though we realized it was on stilts so there was nothing the owners could do. The AC kicked off at night but very happy for the fans that were provided. The space in the room with the owners closet was very small- it was very difficult to keep belongings within the room. There was a large rug in the living room area that could have been a tripping hazard- we avoided it but if someone had a little one it could be dangerous.

WE had a awesome time!

The property was excellent and when confronted with an incorrect code, we received immediate help. But, early on departure morning we had no water. I don't have a clue as to what was wrong, but It came back on before we left. We really enjoyed the cozy rental. The rugs needed rubber backing, but we just pushed them aside.

The slippery rugs, and the uncomfortable couch. But, everything else was really good. We loved the screened in porch and the breeze coming through was wonderful. The two chairs in the living room were comfortable enough not to have to sit on the couch.

Quiet, close to Helen, Cleveland and had nice places to visit right down the street.

Location was great. It was so peaceful,even though it rained. So relaxing on the screen porch

Enjoyed location and deck

Great location

Wifi was out 2 of our 3 night there, only source of tv. We are senior citizens and don’t go out a lot at night so without tv. Living room furniture very comfortable.

Convenient to Helen and it’s activities.

The mattresses were very good. The kitchen is very well appointed.

The sofa/futon was very uncomfortable. The bathroom is in need of an upgrade.

Not Good! 👎

Would be suitable if you want total isolation without internet and TV. Bring mosquito spray!

No wifi, DVD player without remote rendering it useless, dirty dishes in dishwasher, futon hard as a rock, bedrooms are tiny, can barely walk around the bed, washer/dryer located under the cabin in a shed, mosquito haven. Left next day someplace else. Still awaiting refund as promised.

It was enjoyable, the home met, but didn't exceed our needs

The location of the property was perfect to the places we wanted to visit. It was semi secluded and quite.

The home has some structural issues that need to be addressed. The subfloor in the kitchen is very soft in several spots and it is evident there is issues with the floor joists running underneath the refrigerator and into the bathroom under the vanity. The home could use some updates with living room furniture. The futon was broken and very uncomfortable. Wifi access was quite complicated, and we saw no resolve with the issue after contacting staff. The network we were given was not listed, but the network that two of the three televisions were linked to was. The password we were given did no work and after contacting guest services we were given no resolve.

Things were fine and our stay was good. We would do it again…

There was no breakfast provided, nor was it expected! We stayed in a cabin and furnished our own food.

The hot tub did not heat up enough to be functional. There was no washer and dryer as listed. Instead of one queen bed and one full size bed, there was only two full size beds. Neither of the four of us were able to connect to Wi-Fi .

nice but very frustrating at times.

Location was good. Kitchen was nice to have.

The entry road had 4 huge pot holes that made it very difficult to go to and from house. The Wifi was terrible...so slow we could not watch movie and TV was difficult to navigate through. The house it self needs work...Water pressure was awful and toilet would never flush. Tub needs re caulked around handle...has black caulk on it?. Electric wires are touching the roof on outside of porch...Might not be up to code. And would be nice to have laundry key in house to do laundry. Also a light above kitchen table would be nice so you can see to play cards.

Exceptional

Definitely worth the money. We were looking for a nice quiet place to get away and we found it. The place looked just like the pictures and we were very pleased. Full kitchen with pretty much everything you need for a full meal just bring your food. Beds were nice and comfy, internet worked pretty good and there was a great selection of DVDs. Hot tub was nice and ralxing. Rocking chairs on the deck to just sit and listen to nature and relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Artisan Hideaway

The property was cute, very homey feeling. Just the right size for my husband and I. The hot tub was great as well.

There were a lot of cob webs along the ceilings and in the corners and for “Advanced Covid 19 cleaning measures” as we were told were being done, which was the reason for a 4:00pm check-in and an early in the morning 10:00am check-out, there is most definitely more cleaning that should have been done such as the coffee that was spilled on the counter and as mentioned, all the cob webs on the ceilings and corners. Also, in the property amenities and also pictures of the property it showed a washer and dryer. There was NO WASHER OR DRYER on the property as mentioned and pictured.

Everything inside was poor quality.

Nice area and atmosphere. Had potential.

The general quality of everything in the place was very poor. Even the simple things like toilet paper and paper towels. The hot tub barley worked then quit working. Also the fees via booking.com nearly doubled the rate of the rental Without any warning. I thought my total work be 700 until I received the email with my recipet for 1400. I'll never use booking.com again.

Disgrace...Not satisfied

Area was private and at least the stove and the washer/dryer worked. Thankfully...refrigerator did too.

1st of all the reason why I disliked this place is because what and how much we was paying for I was not getting. Laundry room keys were missing, broken tile on the floor almost broke my ankle and to top it off the jacuzzi was not working and neither was the Wi-Fi. Lights are needed outside BIG TIME! Waste of money and time...This was supposed to be our honeymoon but, instead I got crap. Karen from customer service was rude when asked for help. Even the closet door was broken and blood was found on the bed sheets. My husband and I were devastated...

Our rental did not meet our expectations for the following reasons: House was not as spacious as it appeared on the booking site Bad odor at the time of arrival, which lingered during our stay No pool table as mentioned during the reservation description Missing closet knob handles Broken kitchen time, present on arrival Loud music on 11/14 from 5pm-12am from a wedding
