Superb

The room is very spacious and airy. Simply furnished but comfortable and more than adequate. A private shower and toilet is definitely a plus point. Having a parking space at the accommodation was wonderful. The host was relaxed, natural, friendly, and happily offered advice in response to any questions we had.

A kettle in the room would definitely have been appreciated. Not only for that all essential first cup of coffee in the morning but also to boil water to fill the thermos flasks for the long drive home.

Very good

Asked host about Caracalla thermal bath and he offered us a coupon with a €3 discount AND 3 hours for the price of 2 !! Thank you! Loved the table, chairs, and size of the room.

Complicated TV did not work for us once we turned it off when we left. Bed was hard.

Clean and comfortable.

Spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. There is a cracking Italian restaurant a short walk from the room. The owner was very welcoming on arrival, but we didn’t see him again.

It’s not made clear on booking.com that this is simply a room in somebody’s house with a shower room across the hallway from the room. A bit pricey for what you get, we often pay less in a hotel and get breakfast included!

It was a cute place, with a friendly host, but the place could have a few improvements.

The area was very peaceful and the room was very spacious, pretty and bright. The host was very friendly. He prepared a cute breakfast for me the last day of my stay (unfortunately it wasn’t vegan so I didn’t eat it) and he let me check a couple hours later.

One window didn’t have a cover, curtain, so there wasn’t much privacy. There was dust in the wardrobe which I only noticed on my clothes when I was taking them out. The mattress was quite hard and the wifi didn’t allow to have WhatsApp calls. It wasn’t stable at all. It would also make sense for this price to have a kettle in this room and a few tea bags as there’s no breakfast included and the house is 40min walk from the centre.

I love everything! The ambiance, the water from the mini falls on the side of our room. The small table outside beside the waters, very refreshing.whay I love about it is that they have a sanitizer! It means they are really sanitary and being safe. The host is very accommodating abd helpful! Thank you very much 😊 We hope to be back here soon!

I love all but I got a sttuggle with the super soft pillows. It flattens when I put my head on it, 😁 but it was just a minor prob..😅

Simply perfect.

We booked one hour before arrival and it was no problem.Very comfy beds. We could even get a stove and a pot for cooking..The owner is really friendly. We highly recommend this place.

Very nice, very quiet place. A clean room with a comfortable bed. A good place for a break on the road.

In fact, it is not stressed on Booking.com that this is a completely private house and only a room is rented.
