Spotless clean apartment with fully refurbished interior. Excellent for family stay.

Very clean and all new interior. Good beds, plenty of space. Location is handy for Las Americas and Los Chris.

Very good

The apartment was clean in a central location. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. Just bear in mind when booking the complex is a mixture of residential and hoilday let's.

Not enough sun loungers. Air conditioning would have been a bonus, but I knew that when booking. It didn't help that there was an African storm when we were there!

Fantastic apartment and good location

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We enjoyed the balcony area and the pool. Apartment has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Only downside was there is no air conditioning which was ok in May but I would struggle with the heat in the height of summer. Amazing cocktail bar across the road called Yolo which is well with a visit (or two). Overall had a fantastic stay.

Home from home

Nice clean comfortable apartment close to all playa americas can offer but away from the crowds. Onsite pool that the kids loved was well maintained and clean. Shop a 2 min walk away with good selection of produce. Nice to have a washing machine in the flat with plenty of areas to dry clothing.

Only thing I would mention is when removing plugs out of the sockets is that some are loose and come away out of the wall. However there are extension sockets available so this is what we used.

Fantastic value apartment with many plus points.

The location of this apartment was excellent, it was spacious and clean and fitted our family of five very well. It was amazing value for money costing a few hundred pound less than anything else we could find for an appartment sleeping six with two bathrooms. It had a washing machine and drying area which we used and were really glad for. The two modern bathrooms were a real bonus plus we really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening and watching the world go by and having a beer. The host was excellent, when we had an issue with the water he returned and sorted it out within the hour, also when our kettle stopped working he came and delivered another even though we said not to bother. He also let us check out later than we should have done which was appreciated as out pick up was late afternoon. I would book it again if we went to this area.

No chairs or sun loungers beside the pool, no air conditioning (we did however know this when we booked but our twin 18 year old sons would have appreciated it!), no oven, we only found this out when we bought pizzas and couldn't cook them.

my favorite thing was the swimming pool, it’s really nice and big, and there were almost no people so we could fully enjoy it :) apart from that the apartment had absolutely everything we needed and more. There was a dishwasher, washing machine, a place to dry our swim suits and towels, tv, sound system, and many more. the kitchen was perfectly equipped to cook full dinner for several people. We couldn’t think of a single complaint about the apartment.

Modern, clean, well-furnished apartment

Host was really friendly and was kind enough to let us check in earlier than expected/drop our bags off earlier than expected. The apartment is fantastic, all the furnishings seemed good quality. Everything was clean. Bathroom fittings etc were great. WiFi was fast and stable. Having the balcony with a view of the mountains made for a great view when having breakfast/food. Lots of blankets for cold evenings, lots of windows for ventilation. Lots of plugs/sockets for electrical devices. Plenty of cutlery, plates, space in the fridge.

Single beds felt a little small and the biggest bedroom had a slightly odd smell. Also, neighbours above could be noisy in the morning (think they had at least one kid who likes to run around), and one of the bedroom has a window facing out to the street/football stadium, so it could be loud at night sometimes, especially when you have to keep the window open.

NOT recommended for families IMO, very disappointed with communication from the host.

Location was good, apartment size was perfect for our family. Good WiFi, smart TV, kitchen good size, two bathrooms a bonus with family. Nice size pool but strictly for swimming only.

Nice size pool but no one monitoring who is accessing - complex was mainly residential with many of the residents being holiday company reps who insisted on drinking with glass bottles, very loud with no consideration for other users (particularly families with children); those that were living there seemed to invite their friends over to use the facilities. While there was a caretaker there (Antonio), he only seemed interested in quoting the rules of the pool to families (i.e. no jumping, no ball games (despite the pool being empty of others!), no inflatables, etc.). Rules are perfectly acceptable but this individual seemed afraid to confront the groups of adults instead choosing to verbally attack and threaten my 10 year old son instead (and other family groups too). My son was so upset by the last interaction that he was reluctant to go to the pool. I contacted the host via text as instructed but received no response. We found alternative accommodation (not easy in peak season) as our holiday would have been ruined otherwise. I don't think this property was described adequately; three floors up (no lift), noisy neighbours, very noisy on street side with traffic, etc., and I feel completely let down by the host. The only further communication received was 'What time do you plan to leave tomorrow?" having previously asked if a late checkout was possible and guess what - no answer to that either.. The electrics were a constant worry - loose sockets, light switches not working.
