Location was good able to walk to public dock. Free shuttle from cruise dock dropped you off near the hotel.

Disappointed that our written reservation that fridge/,microwave came with the room, was not honored

No food or beverage provided. Quiet. Good location. Peaceful place.

Our written confirmation said we would have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. I telephoned to verify. When we checked in, we were told -- oh well, not all rooms have that. We have already assigned those rooms. Our written verification was not honored in any way. Seward is a tourist town; there was no place to go. We would NEVER stay there again.

Easy place to lay your head in between adventures.

Very friendly staff, just a walk from town or the harbor.

Price for what it is (motel) was high, but that’s Alaska.

Harborview was a nice place to stay. Room was small.

Location was great Room over looked the ocean

Not the best place in Seward to stay.

The location was good. The breakfast was also fairly good. Staff was very nice. And the bathroom was fairly clean.

This hotel is very worn & the room smells musty & old.

Clean. Good location. Check in didn’t have my reservation set, but then found it…….if hotel was full, I would have been WITHOUT a room! Luckily not the case. The desk staff was very polite and apologetic about it.

I didn’t like limited office hours……but understand after Labor Day things change. The room was so hot and i could not control temperature except opening windows to offset uncontrolled heat. No a/c.

Very nice host! Close to bus stop (free shuttle). Harbor view.

Very nice host. Reasonable price. Nice location near the Harbor. It's close to the station of the free shuttle.

Nothing I could remember. Maybe it's not so convenient to grab a coffee as there's not so many restaurants nearby. But it's close to the bus station.

We were expecting to have a view of the harbor. But as the front desk person said that Harbor View is just a name and not the reality of the location.
